If i could give them 0 stars i would. Guy behind the front counter instantly started going off then when i said ill go somewhere else he followed me out of the building screaming n hollering. Talk about excellent customer service

Went in to rent some machinery, was told it would be an hour or so before they could even tell me whether or not it was available, so I headed to the truck to leave and the guy had a few choice words for me b4 I left as he followed me to my truck! The guy shouldn't be running a business of any kind!

Normally have good experience with these guys but obviously someone was in a bad mood this morning, made an assumption about what I needed, and raised his voice interrupting me. Hate to burn this bridge, but get a grip man.

These guys have been nothing but helpful to me over the months I've been building my home. Always willing to work with my schedule, reasonable prices, and have occasionally even gone out of their way to help me out. Can't recommend them highly enough. Solid business with integrity. What more can you ask for?

They used to be good. Customer service was great. The equipment was great. Now they have become lazy and customer service suffers. Will never go there again. Would rather give my money to other companies that give consistantly great service.

Super deals, from the only rental place in town. Easy access, friendly service. They'll go the extra steps to help you. I rented a log splitter; that turned an all day job, into a 30 minute, "workout"!
