The Centralia Annex was super helpful and responsive when I called to verify my baby chicks delivery time. And to make arrangements if the chicks arrived when I wasn't able to come pick them up quickly. They have always been helpful and professional when I've went to pick up our baby chicks. I figured since nobody leaves their positive experiences, I would especially considering they've done such a great job for us. Thanks for putting up with all the negativity from people who feel so entitled without understanding and respect for your services.

Went to this annex to get information on a person for legal purposes. Can not enter the building. Call talked to male that didn't know or understand how this worked. I advised him that I had a legal form to get the information I needed. He kept say he couldn't give it to me. Under the USPS code he had to. He took my number said he would call me back in 1 hour. That was almost a week ago and never have received call from him. Went to main post office in Centralia a received information I needed. The guy at the annex needs to be fired.

5:20pm. Mail truck traveling at least 50mph on Sandra Ave from Harrison to Ives. He was travel so fast my sensored video camera couldn't pick it up.

They never knock when they deliver packages they just put a slip in the the mail box.I was home all day for days. A woman there even used verbal abuse and her manager did nothing but make excuses. This place is horrible and I wish we had a different post office!!!

Frequently deliver the wrong mail assuming they deliver anything at all.

There is never an operator to pick up the phone.

These workers are liars and don't do the basic job. If possible try to avoid using any USPS services in lewis county. They have no desire to get better or improve their process. If this changes so will my review.

Adding my voice to the general theme of this USPS DC. They Mark delivered but don’t, which I can only assume the carriers are thieves, or they have once again left packages ON TOP of the Bank of mailboxes on our rural road (which are out of view of any residence) because they’re too lazy to bring it to the house. At least drop at the gate if you can’t come up the driveway. There’s a delivery box out there for you to use - it’s not brain surgery!

Why would you drop my important mail and package in the pouring rain on the steps?? Destroy all my mail, what happen to putting it in the mailbox???? How do we fix it when you don't care?

Will mark packages as delivered when they haven’t. Magically my daughters social was “lost”in the mail. Magically my amended taxes also “lost”. Countless envelopes have arrived at my home with other people’s addresses and names. They are just trying to get their check without actually doing their job.

We received notice from Amazon that USPS tried to deliver package on Saturday but we were out. We were home all day! Today, Monday we had a "Sorry we missed you while you were out dated Saturday and marked that package could not be delivered today because the Community Receptacle was full. Our driveway is next to the mailbox and we were home all day! Been trying to call the Centralia Carrier Annex all afternoon but nobody answers the phone. Poor customer service!!!!
