Very poor customer service employee showed no empathy or concern for their customer. After driving one and a half hours, one way to return a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm, the on-site supervisor refused to accept the watch. He stated that because I didn't have my physical driver's license on me. I had inadvertently left it on my copier at home. I asked if he would accept looking at my driver's license on the Washington state website instead, and he refused.

In and out amazingly, it's the first time I haven't had to wait behind a line of people.Maybe they've decided to go elsewhere. I might examine my options. *ha

Let me start with Nolan was a huge help i had a couple different problems with the phone plan and he figured out what was wrong with the plan and had them fixed asap

US cellular lost most of its roaming partners the only roaming partner it has is AT&T so don't believe what you read as I did severe waste of money and because you're trying out the phone, you have to pay a restocking fee for the phone not even working

Samantha at centralia store is a miserable human. Simple questions were an inconvenience to her. We have been US Cellular customers for years and are considering switching.

During a few months separation from my hubby, i continued to get billed for his auto pay even though we both called to remove my card info 3 times and went into the local store to have it removed a 4th time. Yet i just got charged AGAIN!!!! They don't let u change the auto pay settings yourself but apparently they don't do it either. Sick of the bs and we'll be in that store to raise hell tomorrow!!!

After 6 months of not getting a promised discount ans waiting for a follow up on why I was finally told the problem was my fault and nothing else was done for me. Disappointing. If there was another option in my area I would use it.

Terrible experience. After getting all set to start service with the free phone if porting number I've we were basically robbed. We had to pay an early termination fee nearly $300 and all of a sudden hey said they can't give us service because we lice in Seattle. Nor would they give us our $300 back. Now no phone and no cash. Their hidden requirement claim is a LIE!!! U CANT LIVE IN SEATTLE AND HAVE service. That's obviously a requirement to live else where. Discrimination. If u ask me...

Samantha was very helpful and quick at her job.
