I ordered a sandwich at the Deli. The sandwich was excellent, and the price was reasonable. Staff were friendly and professional.

If you want a store that knowingly sells you rotten and moldy food and then is rude and refuses to fix it, then this is the store for you! Can't wait for winco to come to town and hopefully put this store out of business. If your preference is moldy food and terrible customer service then head on down to your friendly centralia Safeway!
What's even better, the manager provides even worst service and then lies about how to contact corporate customer service.

Their actual customer service team seems friendly and able to address issues. Crystal is incredibly professional and deserves the best.
However, it is clear their store manager is not in fact good at his job, de-eacalation, actually listening, or any basic customer service task. I hope he has all the days he deserves after making things far more complicated than needed and repeatedly being condescending and wasting time instead of actually asking for what he needed.

Updating review as last trip to Safeway I was very disappointed. I purchased a chicken pot pie for lunch and appn my first bite just about choked on a piece of sting that was in it. I call them up and was told I can come get another pot pie but honestly would you want another after that experience!
