Care is okay, but it's ridiculously hard to get a simple question or appointment issue answered on the phone. They say it's due to COVID, but by now this is a lame excuse. Hire another receptionist.

RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF, Older gal sits on the right is always rude to me and always has issues with the system when checking in. She must not be a happy person so she really should not be in customer service.

Very efficient office staff. Very impressed with attentive service. I saw Amir Atabeygi, MD. for a new patient visit. He was extremely thorough. He made me feel very at ease. He has excellent bedside manner. I was happy with my experience all the way through, and I’m someone who hates going to the doctor. Highly recommend.

The 5 stars is for the billing department, since they assisted me in fixing an error. The receptionists still get ZERO stars from me- they treat patients like peasants.

I have been going here for a couple years and the only reason I hung on is because I really liked my provider. However, it takes weeks at a minimum to be seen! Today topped it off when thy screwed up my appointment time and I couldn't get into see my doctor at the time the told me.
