PM Auto excels in all categories. I was dealing with electrical issues to get my fan motor working, and Paul Michael didn’t hesitate to give me expert advice to try and tackle the problem. When I reached the end of my ability, PM Auto saved the day by taking care of the problem. They have pride in their work and they honor what they do. Denae at the front desk is a pleasure to work with, and she makes the whole process seamless and easy. I cannot recommend PM Auto enough! They will be my go-to mechanic from now on.

Paul stayed late to help us when we encountered engine issues on our way up to Canada. He fixed the issue quickly and explained everything, helping us understand the root of other issues that we couldn’t find answers to elsewhere. We would absolutely return here if we lived in the area and definitely recommend! A+++ service.

We were heading to our vacation with my family. Our van broke down in Centralia around 7am. Not sure if this shop was open or not yet but they picked up the phone and said to come. They were able to figure out what was wrong and ordered needed parts and provided my family rest and coffee. Quick fixes and we were back to our original road in two hours. What was amazing for weekend morning. Awesome job guys. Thank you so much.

I feel that this business is honest and will do their best to solve any issues the customer may experience with their vehicle. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff were very detailed when they worked on my vehicle. I have had experience with other auto repair shops, but pm auto exceeds all other repair services in the Lewis thurston region.

We absolutely love PM Auto. The mechanics here are professional, the customer service is polite, and the prices are extremely reasonable.
I really appreciate the transparency in explaining my invoice, or what the wait/service schedule looks like. They never try to upsell us on anything we don't need (but I've gotten some timely recommendations of "come back and see us in another X months to take care of this").
We have a 2003 Jeep Wrangler w/ a lift package, and it sees a lot of hard use. PM and his crew have kept that rumbly monster running comfortably for a few years, and now that we've added a second car to our household, they're taking care of our Subaru as well.

Quoted $777.00 to fix air conditioning. Said ok. Picked up vehicle air conditioning quit few days later. Took it back, charged additional, few days, quit again. Took it back and was told it was previous owners fault and whole thing would have to be replaced. Sent me on my way saying at least it runs. Had someone else look at it and noticed right away what they did wrong and fixed it $500. Works great. Just wish my experience was as good as other customers apparently had.

I was impressed with the experience I had at PM Auto! I was having issues with my A/C on a road trip from Seattle to Portland, and called a few mechanics to see if they could squeeze me in. PM Auto immediately said "come on in!" As soon I stepped foot in the office, my 4-year-old and I were welcomed by Danae and my kiddo was encouraged to play with the train set and other kids' activities in the lobby. They did a quick diagnosis on the car and let me know it would be 2 hours until it was done. They gave recommendations for kid-friendly activities within walking distance, and we were able to make the most of an afternoon that went very differently than planned.
Overall, A+ for customer service, knowledgeable mechanics, and timeliness.

We had great service, it’s clear they are very knowledgeable, and we will definitely be back! We were given some incorrect advice from a local dealership about having our A/C worked on. PM Auto was much more helpful and trustworthy.
