“I called in around 5 to see if a prescription had been received by my foster childs dr office and the pharmacy advised it would be ready within the hour. Upon arriving to the pharmacy they told me they never filled it due to having no insurance on file. They were quick to find a solution to ensure our newly placed child received the medication that was needed. They were kind and respectful of the non typical situation.”
