My house mate went and got the internet. Brought the box home and split.I never in my life had such an ordeal trying to set the box up and get service for internet.Then on the 4th day or maybe 3rd day .. I went to the store and talked with owner and very nice gal working there.They both were understanding and helpful. Not to mention very nice.I was given a super cool glass from the owner . He didn't have to do that . But he listened and felt for my frustration I highly recommend this store in Centralia Washington. If I didn't have the free phone from the state. Ide be a customer.Thank you , Eileen Hoke

This store is filled with employees that really don't care about working. Every question you ask is a bother, misinformation is given at every turn and the store manager acts as though she's mayor of Seattle, news flash, you manage a cell phone store. The other employees will laugh and offer no assistance once it's obvious of the SM has turned her attitude volume to max. I just spoke with Corp office, a gentleman named Mike, who has escalated this to the appropriate team and I've been assured that I'll be contacted by an executive with 72 hours. The SM even called the owner and he called me liar and of course would not give me his name or card. I look forward to Corporates involvement and the ensuing resolution. And keep in mind, I've had 3 lines since 2015 with nothing but the best from MetroPCS

I've been with metro pcs for many years and have never had a problem with my phone or service until recently. I just recently purchased a Samsung A14 5G from the Centralia store. The speakerphone on it didn't work so they made an XBM claim to send my phone back and get a new one. Well the new one constantly drops my calls and says I'm not registered on the network. I went in yesterday and they did a network refresh. It didn't work. So I went in today to see if they can try putting a new Sim card in to see if that will fix it and Sophie (at least that's what she told me her name was) told me it's probably the phone and that they have had several problems with the insurance sending out faulty phones. So not only was my brand new A14 faulty but now the one they replaced it with is more faulty than the first one. Sophie then told me that if I don't want the phone I bought then Ill have to pay full price for a different phone. Sophie was extremely rude, rolling her eyes and talking down to me when I tried to explain to her that I paid full price for this brand new phone and I expect it to function properly. I'm not just going to buy another phone at full price and hope that it actually works.Everybody else that works there (especially the girl who sold me the phone) is so nice, but Sophie has the worst attitude and really shouldn't be working in customer service if she hates helping customers. I'm disappointed that I paid so much for a phone with constant problems. I'll likely be going to a different provider or at the very least a different metro pcs in the future.

I'd give 0 stars if that was an option! 1st 2 visits customer service was great! Last visit, after over a week trying to resolve a simple issue, we were frustrated. 1 of the associates went behind a closed door and made a call where she then proceeded to blatantly speak about my husband in a very derogatory, disrespectful manner. At no point during our visit was my husband rude, loud or in anyway disrespectful. To hear this associate saying the things she was, we were not only shocked, we were disgusted that aa person in a customer service position would behave that way. As a result, they lost very long time, over 10years, customers! Management do better when hiring and training new associates!

They have advertisement on there sign rite outside there door offering a product they don't have in stock and don't intend to have any time soon it's misleadinf. There reps don't want to make money or sales for there company very poor service

This place has the nicest workers I've come across. Very very professional and well dressed. Also well knowledge on everything. Very eager to help with any and all problems. They are willing to work with you on Ll issues. I can't say enough. I've been to several other metro place in Oregon and wa. And this is the best one by far!! Way to go keep up the awesome work you all do and pat yourself on the back it a well deserved!!! ♥️?and ask for a raise that too is well deserved!!!!!!

I absolutely hate this metro. The employees are always hovering around at an extremely uncomfortable distance and it makes me feel like they think I'm going to steal which hurts because I've been going here for months to pay my bills. The employees constantly tell you two different things. I came in to upgrade my phone and I was told they no longer do upgrades so I began looking at switching to another carrier because that's the main reason I stayed with metro. I went back several weeks later and brought it up to another employee and they told me I could upgrade and weren't sure why I was told I couldn't. So I upgraded and not once did they tell me I had to have a insurance plan added which is an extra 16 dollars. So I was pretty upset when I got my new bill a month later. The area I live in I now drop calls and I'm unable to text and they are unable to tell me why that's happening. I upgraded to a 5G phone to avoid this happening and if I'm not connected to my home wifi i can't call anyone had time. I'm switching to Verizon as soon as I can. They are significantly better at customer service and made sure I would have signal when I switch. Please retrain your employees.
