These guys helped me to get back on the road after I caught a pothole on i-5 and one of my tires was destroyed. They put a decent temporary replacement used tire quickly and for very reasonable price. Definitely recommend this tire shop.

I use to like going here until last week when i took my 2004 Toyota tacoma in because the front end was bouncing when I got up to 50 mph. It was 70 mph but kept getting worse. They wouldn't listen to me when i told them it started bouncing when I put that tire on it. They started telling me that my mechanic put old struts on my truck, when I had bought rhe struts myself, and took the old Toyota ones to my scrap pile. They tried to tell kt the loose shock on the back was causing the front to bounce, when I have air shocks on the back, and that is just there . I will not be argued with when I know what I did to my truck, and I had tha5 bad tire put on. You could see the sidewall was pushed out and soft. Even I know thats what front tires shouldn't look like on the front of my Toyota. So I went to Les Schwab tire center.

Absolutely the WORST place you can take your car. They were paid to replace our tire with another one, but then they took the money for the labor and just told us "the bolt will break if we try, so go do it at your own house." Then, they locked the doors to their shop right after we step out. They FINALLY got around to replacing the bolts and the tire, but now the car has three new problems and never gave a receipt. This is super sketchy and I will NEVER take any vehicle here again or ever recommend it to anyone.
EDIT: You can claim you lock your doors in between customers, but it wasn't locked when we FIRST arrived, before you tried to scam us. And then you locked it before we even left the property. That's sleazy af. And now there's all this other trouble that wasn't there before? What did you do to the car?! Best believe I won't EVER let you get away with ANYTHING. You need to make everything right.

These guys are always friendly and hard working and quick to help with whatever our tire needs have been. Their new shop located next door to their old place has clean, well-lit work bays, and their waiting room is clean and cozy. Their work has always been professional and fast.
