I used to love coming to this agency. But now I'll never go there again. I was a seven year customer and this year was the first year I ever owed. After my taxes were done I was informed that they intended to pay the irs what I owed that day. I told them I want to pay them back on my own time and told them I did not want them to have my bank account information. They informed me they wouldn't pay the irs for me. But 2 days later the irs took the money out of my account. Luque accounting absolutely nothing for me In way of apology. So if your taxes get filed wrong here don't expect any kind of insurance.

We used him in 2019. He gave us tips on how we should claim different types of income, and things we were confused about. Had us done in a half hour and that was it. Going back for 2020 taxes because it got confusing this year.

After filing my taxes 2 1/2 months earlier, well before April 15, I have still not received a refund. So I called the company to find out what was going on and found out they had not even filed my taxes. The girl said She thought She called and left a message. I asked her what number did you call and she said I can’t remember. She said she thought she had a question, but couldn’t remember what the question was. But they will try to get it filed today. This business is totally unprofessional, unreliable and non-responsive. Do not waste your time do not go to them.
