Average lineage. Checked in and got door very fast, waited till got actually in the dock 2 hours. And if you are 30 min late then it's 200$ charge of course. Looks like there is could park at night.

before checkin your reefer temp atleast 5 degree. i checkin 9am checkout 945am . very fast loading . and all worker very friendly

Wastes allot of time having drivers shuffle their truck back and forth before and after loading/unloading. Just bring my paperwork to my truck after you done unloading/loading, like 90 percent of other places ?. Decent facility otherwise with decent staff. ?

Horrible place to work for, reason why I used to work there manager got up really aggressive and fired been over a year got fired because I was rehired that's what they claim oh yea and the manager on shift lied to me why I needed to go home saying they didn't need me because they are shutting down the machines.. so yea Horrible place to work at!!

Great delivery. Showed up an hour early and got a door, wasn't hectic with alot of trucks there like other places. Plenty of room for backing and I THINK you can over night park towards the back of the parking lot, I didn't so im not sure. Nice staff, wouldn't mind coming back.

APP: 11AM / Check-in: 10:45AM / Out: 1:45PMPark at back of warehouse and walk to receiving to check in. Back up at assignment door and wait for loading. Friendly crew and enough room for maneuvers. Fast loading.

really hard to get hold of someone no ring bell on shipping warehouse door. Receiving guy trey helping me and radio the shipping site but no answer and no one know where the those folks.

My appointment was at 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:15 am, checked in at 9:20 am.Got loaded around 1:05 pm, paper work processed pretty quickly, got out at 1:25 pm, spent over 4 hours loading, in and out time.Nice and clean rest room, will rate 4.Staff, nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. Loader, Joseph very nice and friendly person.Shipping office: Both Ruby and Timothy Corwin nice people too. Tim knew every aspect of shipping/documentation for Canada. He sent papers directly to the customs broker, cc to my Dispatch and myself.Tim also wrote my time in and time out. Very nice guy.I would rate staff 5 out of 5.Facility and parking situation also 5. I think you may stay overnight too.Loading time: I would rate 1. Be prepared to spend 4 to 6 hours. I hope they improve their Loading time. Your log book will be messed up, you won't deliver on time, guaranteed.Before booking the load, ask your broker for detention.All the best.Hasan
