First time doing business with this company, Auto Tech Services of CE in Centralia WA. I was totally satisified with EVERYTHING. I cannot express enough at how pleased and impressed I am, the details of what was done, the timeliness of completing the work, and the cost. I've always dreaded taking my vehicles in for auto mechanic work. Not now. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here. Wow! This is a great shop! We stopped here in the middle of a road trip after experiencing a coolant leak and an overheating engine. The shop was so kind and squeezed us in for service. They gave us a loaner, involved us in decision making, and really helped us out. They stayed over an hour late after closing to make sure our vehicle was done on the same day so we could continue our road trip. They have a decent size waiting room, too. The shop itself was clean. They let our kids peek in, too, so they could see what was being done. I highly recommend this shop!

Great experience!!! Wayne got my Raptor in right away. The technician (Tate) took detailed pics and pin pointed the issue. Also pointed out other issues that should be addressed before they become a problem. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

We relocated to the area from Alaska without A/C in my car. The Auto Tech team got my car in, provided a loaner car, and restored the A/C for a very reasonable cost. Plus they did a thorough courtesy inspection and added a couple new light bulbs that were needed. Thank you so much for the great work and friendly customer service! I’ll definitely be a return customer and have already referred others your way.

I have looked for a good auto service shop for years since I moved to the PNW. I had a bit of trouble with the logistics of picking up my car during business hours but the folks at Auto Tech had it all worked out. They made it simple and beautifully easy! Along with their top-notch services, IMHO they are the best auto services in the area!

Fantastic and speedy service. Waylon was amazing and checked in with me frequently. My AC went out and it’s about to be in the high 90s this weekend but Auto Tech took care of me quickly and we are back to cool driving temps. Thank you so so much!
