THIS STORE AND STAFF ARE AMAZING... TWO EMPLOYEES SPENT ABOUT 2 HOURS WITH ME PICKING OUT MY UPGRADE. I HAD A LITTLE STYLE REMORSE THE NEXT DAY AND EXCHANGED THE RING FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE PICKED. THEY WERE ALL VERY ACCOMMODATING, HELPFUL, AND GRACIOUS.... AND VERY FAST TO BOOT.... I AM VERY PLEASED.

Just visited this store. Amazing customer service from the workers. Victor helped me pick out the ring I needed for a decent price. My visit was painless and easy! Will definitely go back to Kay's again for my future purchases!!
