I have pretty much exclusively shopped here for my foundations for years, stopping by whenever I am in the area because of the service and the quality of the merchandise.
This store used to have a professional fitter on staff. She knew what was in the store, where it was located, how it fit, the price, the sales--and she knew how to talk to a customer.
However, today was the worst customer service ever. It left me wondering who hires these underachievers and why? Are they even taught how to place a customer's care before they're turned loose on the job?
Today, I wasn't even asking for a fitting, but was looking for a solid color palette when the table of my brand had only patterned material out. When I asked the clerk who was folding merch at one of the registers if they had solid colors, she couldn't even bestir herself to walk over.
"Everything is out," she grated at us from her hidden spot at the corner register of the store while she continued with her all-important folding task.
It was and it wasn't. She could have listened long enough to direct us to the style and colors I was seeking, which I found on little hangers arranged around and slightly underneath the edge of the table.
She could have done her job and made the last stop on our shopping trip pleasant and also made a sale for her employer, instead she pushed my low-blood-sugar daughter into snarl mode ("get me out of this store") and she really irritated me with her poor service.
Singing out, "Have a nice day!", as we left was just icing on this poor experience.

Fantastic help getting fitted for bra! Buy 3 bras got 40% off each one! I loved shopping here. Selection is fantastic, quality of my purchases is wonderful & I will be going back for more! Loved that they have such a great selection & my sales lady was great! Oh yes, panties are great too! Found cotton for summer, Yay!

This is the only place I buy my bras! They are top quality and last a long time, and the staff is always wonderful!!! When I have questions they are right there to help, and even bring me things to try on while I'm in the fitting room, without asking! It's a little on the expensive side, but with bras and underwear you truly get what you pay for. Plus there's always a sale of some sort going on. 1000 stars!!!
