Ok....I've been searching for larger than standard bath robes for years and was excited to find this place. I got an XL size because I like things a bit larger than normal. But since when do guys want to have the sash right underneath the chest? This is a terribly upsetting design and I'm being charged a restock price for the fact that this is a poorly designed garment.
I suggest nobody goes here for bathrobes. You will be insulted by wearing it.
Update: dxl replied to my original post and stated they sent me an email about my order and refund. I have not received one. Nothing in spam either.

Everything in here is extra large and tall. I'm not extra large and tall but I was shopping for dress clothes in the outlet mall where this store is located and I found what I was looking for, however they weren't in my normal large size. The clothes items fit well enough that with a few minor alterations they will be perfect. If you are a big man they will have what you're looking for.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I bought a shirt for $35 and thought it was a bit spendy. However a cheaper version of the same shirt was $37 at Walmart. I will be going to DXL from now on! Thanks for the great service.
