Save your receipts! He tried to say I didn’t pay for 2 months when I did. His wife is nicer but deal with him cause they aren’t on the same page. He claimed I hadn’t been in since I got the unit which wasn’t true. I just hadn’t dealt with him since I got my unit. Do not recommend! I think the old man is in the beginning stage of dementia because he’s so rude.

So far it’s great. I’m very thankful he had just what I was looking for available. It’s not too often a renter leaves and when they do, the units taken the next day. Very sweet, honest couple. They’ve been in business for 30 years now.
