The people are okay I've never had a problem with them and the signal strength I get is better than most anywhere else I've tried which I live in a dead zone so reception Wise it's the best I've gotten out of any provider but they have things that pop up on your phone when you're trying to do something that just knocks you out of what you're doing and into some kind of commercial somewhere and it has to be a cricket wireless thing because the first one was a pop-up saying cleaner finished and then it pops you somewhere else no matter what you're looking at or listening to or reading and after I buy a new phone the phone works very well for the first 2 months and then these pop-ups start and you can't do anything it pops you out of whatever you're looking at and takes you wherever it wants to go and if you do any kind of job on your phone your soul I will not go back this is the third phone that I bought which worked good for 2 months now I'm getting another pop-ups I can't can't do it anymore

Good evening. I don't know where to start. I am not usually a review type of guy. But with my recent experience. I thought it should be brought to light. So here is what happened. It was black Friday. I walk into my local cricket office to buy a new phone. Customer service was great. The way I was treated was great. And now it's time for me to pay. So when they went to run my card the system on one of the computers was down. So the young lady sent me a link to pay from my other phone. My service was not the best. So she hooked me up to the wifi. After I finished with the payment my phone kept saying payment processing. It went on for about five minutes. Then I asked. Does it always take this long. And the response I received was sometimes. So we will give it a few more minutes. A few minutes later still nothing. But on my phone through my bank it said payment processed for 227.14. But on the link it said still processing. So when the supervisor finished with her computer she said we could use that one. I said my card was already charged and asked if it would charge me again. I was told no. But if it was that it would be charged back by the end of the day. So I said go ahead. I bet you can't guess what happened. Yep I was charged. I was told again by the end of the day. But if not within a couple of days. So what one is it. By the end of the day or a couple of days. And when that payment was processed. It was a company called talk for less. At that point I had cause for concern. Because I had a water bill due by the following Monday. So day two passes. Still pending. I called the store. It should be today at the latest. Long story short. I'm at day six and still pending. So I call my bank to file a dispute and was told I can't file a dispute when it is still pending. So now we are at Wednesday. And about two o'clock my water was shut off. So I had to barrow money for it to be turned back on. And the reconnection fee. I don't know why they couldn't refund me on the spot or did or do something. But now I'm out 454.00 dollars total. And that's absolutely b.s. So something needs to be figured out asap. So more people don't have to go through what I'm going through. I'm thinking about leaving cricket already if something is not done to make it right

No contract Cricket phone, $60 dollars a month plan, phone cover case = $202. Dollars... Cricket Wireless is very slow and the Cricket cell phone is all over the place, screen changes from color to black and white by itself, phone is sporatic unorganized camera won't turn off, Cricket Wireless wouldn't give me another cell phone, it also reminds me of the ZTE phones and I hated that one...

LOVE the workers here. All amazing, very friendly and helpful!! Especially David and Aquileo (JR) They have been so helpful and supportive adding lines, canceling lines, sim card changes... Everything. They are all absolutely amazing. 10/10

I am so impressed and satisfied with this store. I went in today to go for my upgrade and a new phone for the husband . Sobie is great at her job and het customer service is amazing . she hooked up my phones and anothwr phone for abother custonwt at the same time , her multi tasking skills are mind blowing. Anyway she gave me lots of information and i saved and dollars aswell .She covered everything i needed to know and helped me fast .This store is the best cricket store ive walked in in a long time .Thank you Sobie .
