I was driving from Portland to Seattle and decided I couldn't go another minute without a bang trim. Country Cuts is off the beaten path for sure but don't let that keep you away! Bonnie is very talented and precise, and she's a lovely person! She went above and beyond on my "bang" trim and shaped up my entire cut beautifully. I would highly recommend Bonnie.Service: Haircut

Bonnie does a great job and I always enjoy the conversations! I drive by her place all the time and finally gave her a call when my hairstylist retired. Don't waste your time. Make an appointment and expects you to wait for 90mins being double booked. I had this happen 4 months in a row. I've been seeing Bonnie for the last 3 years. Don't book an appointment unless you're free for the rest of the day.Service: Hairstyling

I am so upset I asked to tone my color down she gave me platinum blonde I went back the following day to get a cut she saw that my hair was yellow she fixed my hair she charged me $200 and I will never go back again. My hair was down to the middle of my back it was very healthy I had not had a cut or a color in 6 months my hair now is ruined she does her own color I asked for darker colors and I got platinum. My hair is fried. I'd appreciate my money back. Also she was too busy emptying her dishwasher sweeping her floor she left my color in my hair for an hour and 45 minutes under the heat lamp I just really think that this was pure negligence I'm so upset I can't go anywhere I'm embarrassed of my hair.Services: Haircut

This was the first time I had the pleasure of meeting Bonnie at Country Cuts Salon. I have got to say I’m was so happy with my haircut from the first appointment, and also my hair coloring from the second appointment. This was the best haircut I have ever got! It is now 6 weeks later, and it is still easy to style. Bonnie has got to be the kindest woman ever. I enjoyed our conversation.I would like to address one matter. For my first appointment, I was not familiar with the location, snd I missed the freeway exit. This caused me to be about 10 minutes late. I called Bonnie to see if I needed to reschedule or if she was able to still see me. She said to still come and I so much appreciated that. Unfortunately though this, combined with the fact that I had not had my hair cut since pre-Covid (yes about 16 months!) caused the next scheduled person to be seen a little late. Bonnie greeted him and apologized and offered him a cup of coffee while he waited. And then he left, with no explanation. And now I see he left a bad review.. I would like to apologize to him for causing him to be upset.Services: Haircut
