Well after many months Dec 29,2023 finally got my 4 runner back,the run around I got from the people was absurd,they orderwd the wrong headlight wiring harness that took an extra week or 2,they order the wrong grill so.that took extra time in the beginning they said they were sending the vehicle over to another shop to get the a.c condenser checked out come find out several months later it was done until.the end of March,the limes on the hood could be a lot straighter for a professional shop the emblem that is Toyota ia exactly the same as original,I really wish I had true professional who cares about body lines and the details.of their work my bumper on my corners are so smashed together it's super uneven you can see the wide gaps go from wide to rubbing like they just put it together and what honestly took so long I habe no clue inorder tons of parts from performance Toyota shops and never have months on end getting exactly what I need there is millions of 4 runners on the road and they acted like the 2014 I gave them was the rarest and hardest to get parts for on top of paying for a rental rigs for a few months talk about expensive,was this job done in a timely manner absolutely not.

First of all, If you have Geico and get into a collision and live and the centralia/ chehalis area this is what shop they will send you to now with that said these guys are the biggest hack jobs around this is my second vehicle I've had some with this shop first one was simple just a a rear bumper and it took 3 months this vehicle has more severe damage but they have had it almost 5 months first I had done paint came off the bumper within a month,this job they keep putting it off another 2 weeks and it will be done well 2 weeks went by can we get another 2 weeks also the things they told me 4 months ago with my rig now they said they did,they actually haven't taken care of and they need to send it to another shop I had a friend stop by when he came home he said what crack heads are these guys.

I took my 4R there after I was hit by someone else. I was unsatisfied with my paint job as you could clearly feel the dirt that was in the paint on my entire driver's side of my vehicle, I called to ask them when I could bring it in to get it fixed and was told they needed to speak to someone who "wasn't there right now" and they would call me back. That was a month ago, could I call and speak to them again yes, but atm it was such a cluster eff of a job I'm not willing too. Would I recommend it "nope" not in this lifetime. I just hope they finally pull their heads out and I'm giving them until next month to contact me.

I was really pleased with the work they did on my car, it took an extra week, but when I seen the results I was so impressed with the extra time they took with it, it was definitely worth the extra week. Would highly recommend them and yes I would definitely go back to them if I need them in the future.

Great work. Went the extra mile and did terrific job. Most of the damage was behind what’s visible, so they showed me what they had to repair and did the work right rather than expediently. It would have been easy to do slipshod work without me knowing until it fell apart. They have worked on several family cars and are the only shop I use.Services: Steering & suspension repair

Appreciate the work that Carstar Hub City Collision put into repairing my car after our Deer incident and then their quick attendance to the post repair needs we had. I have GEICO and was linked to CarStar through an insurance claim. They completed the repair work, and the repair was satisfactory. The communication was awful, though. The repair took twice as long as estimated (a month instead of two weeks). At every stage, I would either not hear from them on the day they told me, or when I would reach out to them, I would find out during that call that the vehicle wouldn’t be ready for pickup. There were four different expected pickup dates, and three times when I wasn’t finding out until I reached out to them that the date was pushed back. To their credit, they waited after hours when the vehicle was finally done so I could get the keys.

DO NOT take your car here whatsoever. I went in had it appraised and specifically waited for them to get the parts in before dropping it off. Every week they had it, I got the same excuse and same status update. Finally, I was told Monday that I could pick it up today. Just like every week before, they pushed it back another day not caring about what it takes to take time off work. They weren't even going to call me. I had to call them. They are the absolute worst.
