Nice people until you point out that they sold you something different than what you asked for. They refused to trade. But no, you walked out of the store and we don't know what you could have done to it. It's a closed package, and I'm 71 years old. What the heck would I do to a closed package. That cost me double since I couldn't use the first package. I will not be using them again for anything

I work late nights so I usually come late when no one else is around but this place has just recently been "closed" at the weirdest times and I know that they do it for breaks or to stock the cooler but it has just seems like it has just been every time now to where I will just go across the street to safeway or Texaco instead

Walked in to pay for my gas after a long drive in rush hour traffic. Guy didn't acknowledge me and after a moment of waiting at the cash register he finally looked up. Then he slow like water got to the cash register asked if he Could help me I said I'd like gas in pump whatever. He spoke disrespectfully to me when the payment came up to which i said excuse me? He then accused me of being "rude" and refused me service. I was shocked. I'm east coast so my communication is direct instead of passive aggressive but this is extreme. He then threatened me with the kkkops if I didn't leave. He refused to give me his name (accountability) but demanded mine!!! Continues To threaten me. Insulted me CUSSED at me and then called the police (dangerous!!). Sorry but even if I had been "rude" (#strongwomen) that is not a crime. He still couldn't tell me what I did but I do know that a) white does NOT in fact equal right b) if I were an employer I would want my employees to have at least BASIC customer service skills c) p**** b**** for my hip hop people D). the Arco down the street will let you actually get your stuff done with a way more chill vibe and friendly service. What's in your water, Centralia!!!?? Coz it stanks!! #colombusgohome #colonizorgohome Why so hostile To your customers???

If I could give this Chevron zero stars, I would. The owner is incredibly rude, and unkind to his employees. I actually walked back in, and requested a refund for my gas, after I heard his awful treatment of others.

Stopped here Sunday August 5th. Best gas prices! I also bought water which was on sale. The woman at the counter was THE nicest gas station employee I have ever encountered. She deserves a bonus!

Pulled off of Highway five to make a pitstop to the restroom came into the food Mart at the Chevron station to use the restroom. Restrooms need some work you can see where in tear on them and some of the parts are getting old and rusted. The young man at the register was very polite and friendly..

Normally Every employee at this store is nice and friendly. Recently, they've hired some new guys I guess... Very rude and horrible attitudes.... makes me not want to come to this store anymore.

Nicest gas station on so many levels! Off the chain! Perfect for families! Super clean bathrooms and very convenient location right off the freeway! The staff was hands down the most helpful and friendliest ladies we have ever encountered. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed to accommodate our family commute! Highly recommend!
