We come here every chance we get. It’s a huge store packed with all kinds of great clothing. Good brands and prices are mostly responsible. I mean it’s the only real Western clothing store for miles!! They have tons of very nice hats and way too many boots to choose from.

Went in there with some friends to look around and while my friends were trying on things and one of the employees named Maddison was very rude to us! For example, she was harassing me in way I didn’t feel was appropriate. Also, being disrespectful to my friend’s boyfriend. I’ve been to your store and been someone who recommends this store. And i, and myself had a tremendous experience, but after today’s experience.. I am not quite sure if I want to return.I am repulsed.

I went into the store today for the first time and the young blonde Gal that help me was very sweet, She told me she been working there for three weeks. I wouldn’t have been able to tell if she hadn’t told me that. Thank you for helping me pick out some new jeans and a jacket and some shirts!! Good luck at your new job!!!

I bought a pair of $525 Lucchese boots. I wore them one time they said they can stretch them for me. I brought them in and they ruined the boots. I spoke to the manager, who is who is very rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner numerous times about what they did to my boots instead the manager told me that I can not speak to the owner. the manager just called me back instead telling me there was nothing she could do. There’s nothing you can do? You ruined my boots there’s a lot you can do! I bought many things here in the past and they would have had a loyal customer but now I would never again buy anything from the store. When I went in to retrieve the boots that they damaged the manager with blonde hair went back and got my boots and handed them to me and stared me down as she handed them to me. She didn’t even say a single word to me. They are horrible, unprofessional, unfriendly, and nasty people.

Boots were priced at $325, $55 over manufacturer’s own website MSRP at $270 (regular price. Not a sale). Exact same model number and size. Would not “price match” even though they’re gouging. Not sure if this is a one off situation so you better do your homework.

Online shows clearance but go into store and there isn't a clearance rack. Then when you ask about it with sales rep they turn around and make fun of you. You lost anther customer!!! I will not shop here again!!!

60 dollars for a belt, asked them to punch a couple extra holes in the belt, they were off center and the second one was double punched.They refused to replace the belt even though they ruined it.Don't buy boots here either because if they stretch them and mess them up they probably won't make it right either. Our family has done it's last shopping there.Can't do 0 stars.They were rude and even laughed.
