“I stopped in audio express on a Saturday morning and I wanted a new sound system in my gmc 2005 envoy it still had the stock stereo and Craig and Sam were very professional and went above and beyond my expectations and doing what they do very well and I could see that they take alot of pride and professionalism on how to please their customers to the fullest extent of making them very happy and satisfied with their purchase I highly recommend these two individuals to do any type of audio for your vehicle if I need anything else done with my car for audio I will be back to audio express to have it done right and thank you Craig and Sam for your help and professionalism installing my new stereo greatly appreciated Mark Genanatti both of you have a great afternoon”
“Went into the Cricket store in Longview to port a number over, but due to some "technical issues" with my current provider, was not able to port the number over. However the sales advocate, Kyly Hall was VERY helpful, patient, and knowledgable in helping me get set up with new service! Thank you Kyly! Was not supposed to get my activation fee waived but somehow i got that waived. I think she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and with customer service. I've been in customer service and I know it is NOT easy! So kudos and props to you Kyly! YOU ARE AWESOME!”

“I have bought a big screen TV in the past from Aaron’s. It was a wonderful experience.Yesterday, Deryn and Carter from Longview Aaron’s, were handing out flyers in my neighborhood. It was raining and I was by myself. I’m a single mom. I was in the back of my truck in the rain, thinking how I was going to unload a cabinet I bought that has a granite top. Extremely heavy!!! Deryn and Carter showed up in the Aaron’s truck. I was joking and said that I was glad they showed up just for me because they knew I needed help…lol. Needless to say, both Deryn and Carter moved that cabinet to my front porch. That meant so much to me!! Thank you so much for the help that you didn’t have to render. You both go above and beyond.”
