We've gotten two cows and a pig from friends and J&J cut them up. They took the time to talk about how it's done. We got perfect cuts, and they are helpful if you aren't sure about what cuts to get. They can help you maximize certain cuts like roasts or stew meat which is good for a larger family. Like turning prime cuts into prime roasts. The pig we had smoked and they did an excellent job. Best smoked ham I've ever eaten. We had the sausage seasoned with their own blend. It's delicious. J&J is the only place we'll go. No hidden fees, no shorting of meat, and no mystery cuts with sinew and bone that we got from another place on our very first cow.

They won't rent lockers to hunters unless you let them cut and wrap it. At 80 per deer to just skin you are probably better off doing it yourself or finding someone else if possible.
