I can't believe the unprofessional conversation I had with a male pharmacist. It was on sat 4/22He had actually said he wasn't going to fill the dam prescription because he wasn't making any money on it. Blaming my insurance for a cheaper copay.WILL NOT BE RETURNING FOR ANY NEED!!!!!In response to owner. It's not the customer's fault. And asking a customer to pay cash out of pocket because they will be having a certain loss is unprofessional. And NO we didn't get it filled. We have to have a whole new script written for it somewhere else, meaning WE had to call the dr yet again to have another pharmacy who is willing to fill it. And does except our insurance.

Delicious and friendly! In the back of Doane's Valley Pharmacy, near the pharmacy counter on the other side of the store is a old-fashioned soda fountain. I came one warm September Saturday in 2021 looking to see what was available as a cool treat. They offered a variety of different ice cream, sundae, and milkshake flavors. After mulling over the options I finally decided on the peanut butter milkshake. To order I went to the main counter and asked to get a milkshake. One of the workers came over and I got to see them make the milkshake as I waited. I ordered the milkshake to go, drinking it in my warm car as I made my way to Leavenworth to get some pizza for a meal. Surprisingly, the 16 ounce serving was not overly filling. Good balance in flavors and thickness that was perfect priming for my belly pre-pizza. The workers were helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Best place in cashmere for as long as I can remember The Doane’s family of employees are on another level! The care and love that they have for the local people and travelers is hard to come by these days Ben Ellis and the employees truly enjoy their job and enjoy their community there multi decades in cashmere appreciate them and there staff over the years! The soda fountain has been a fun place for everyone over the years along with all the beautiful gifts. Everything is perfectly picked out and displayed I love looking and buying gifts for special occasions!

The staff at the pharmacy is consistently warm and courteous. I am constantly surprised how friendly, professional, and patient they are even when very busy. The people here in Cashmere are incredibly fortunate.

They went so far above and beyond to help me. When the pharmacy in Leavenworth, and several in Wenatchee, all said, "Sorry, can't help you..." these lovely people said, "Give me a minute, we'll find a way," and they did!

Went in to get a Rx filled and I gave them my pharmacy card which they told me they didnt accept without really checking. I paid out of pocket so whatever. I later called the pharmacy benefits line and they tried to call Doane's to see why they didnt accept my card and apparently they had no record of me which is odd I was there 20 min ago.

We stopped at the soda fountain in this establishment. There are fewer and fewer places that make an old fashion Ice cream soda, fewer yet that use hard ice cream and almost none that know how to attach a hard ice cream side-car so it leans into the glass when you take the first sip. Yet here it is, delicious
