We originally went for a 10 by 10 and felt it was a little small for us and Mark helped us change our unit to a 10 by 15 without any trouble. I wish we had more employees like Mark who seem to actually love to help people. Great customer service, and clean.”

“Guardian Vault has a great business model and is extremely secure. They have a very smooth process to open a safe deposit box and are much more secure than a bank. They even offer insurance for valuables which is something banks don't offer. They have convenient hours and are open even on Saturdays. They are right in my Redmond Ridge neighborhood and that makes it easy and convenient!”

“I rent a lot of U-Hauls personal and business, and thankfully there are several locations available to me. This is the second time I have used Snoqualmie Ridge Storage U-Haul in the last month. The young man who runs this counter is excellent, and I am sorry I do not remember his name to give proper credit, but the owner knows who I'm referencing. Both times, different situations and requests, without a doubt... this office and this young man made things smooth... both coming and going, with great communication. Keep up the good work. I'll be back to rent from you again soon.”

“No complaints so far. The gates work. The place is clean, dry and safe. Couldn't really ask for more. The prices isn't the cheapest out there, but it's definitely the most convenience storage option in Snoqualmie Ridge. Glad these guys are here! Oh, and they will also let you use their moving box truck free of charge is you schedule it in advance. Nice perk!”
“I cannot praise Newport Way Storage enough! Ariel has helped me for the last 4 years of having storage there when I had issues with getting sick on the east coast and ing unable to return to deal with my things. They allowed proration until I could get back, which is unheard of with big storage companies. They also did not excessively raise rates like Public Storage did with my Lynnwood space during this absence.Ariel treated me with kindness and compassion, always endeavoring to be helpful like a good friend. This is the kind of customer service the world should strive for and that builds true brand loyalty.I enjoyed our interactions so much that I always looked forward to contacting her as it felt like talking to an old friend, and I am truly sorry to be leaving the space at last!It is a very safe, warm, and clean facility. The free move-in truck is an incredible perk!Could not more highly recommend renting here!”

“Unfortunately, I have needed the services at the 221st St Issaquah Public Storage for about 4 years now as I've navigated the death of 3 family members. During that time, I have had consistently courteous, professional, and timely assistance whenever I've had a question. I have had particularly good service from managers Blake and Dennis who have been able to advise me and resolve my issues quickly. They are both definitely deserving of 5 star reviews!
The only reason for the 4 stars is the randomly increasing monthly fees. I assume most people use this for much shorter term storage than I have required, so probably don't experience so many of these.”

“I'm not sure how excited anyone can get about a moving truck.... but we had solid service and no issues with our trucks (we rented here 3 separate times). We recently did a move from the east aide of Cascades to the West. This is hands down the best place we found going east of Seattle, unless you want/need to drive all the way to Yakima or Spokane.”

“Based on our somewhat limited interactions with Deb in the office since we've only had our unit for about a week. Even though it's a short amount of time and only time can truly convey a customer's overall experience. I will say that compared to other places whom I will not name, I will say that it seems to me that this company truly cares about their customers and their needs pertaining to storage of things. Deb was informative and extremely helpful not to mention friendly and welcoming. Again it's only been like maybe a week since we rented our unit, but the experience we have had with Devon just seems to be different than what have experienced with other facilities in the past. Keep up the great work!
