I love their native plants - this is one of the few places I can find them. That said, a lot of the plants are quite expensive (although they do have a few $5 annuals, many of which will reseed), so I think the average gardener will find themselves buying just a couple. You really have to be a dedicated (or deep-pocketed!) enthusiast to buy a $14 trillium that's 2 inches tall and won't flower for another few years! I've attached some photos of flowers I've bought from Oxbow in the past.

Trails overgrown, lots of debris. Clearly low maintenance. We ended up going to Tolt River park nearby.

We love their family days, which have great farm to table food ( they grow the best salad greens in their greenhouse and have loved the seasonal menu cooked over an open fire grill, and they usually have gluten free options). We’ve done a few of their conservation tours and I’m so impressed by the massive native plants at greenhouse. Live music in a beautiful spot with room for the kids to run around and play in the kids garden, great food and plenty to do, and there’s even a farm stand to grab some unique heirloom produce on your way out. I can’t recommend this spot enough for folks who want to connect their families with the land through environmental stewardship.

Spectacular river side farm and farm stand. With plenty of wilderness conserved for one to enjoy, we saw chickadees, kinglets, juncos, robins, eagles, geese migrating and a distant hawk all while exploring their native areas. Produce with the garden fresh flavor, plenty of WA products to make a substantial grocery run.

The Farm is beautiful and fun but they no longer have food trucks for Oxtober and the kitchen ran out of all but 1 food item (corn) by 1:30pm. My family fully expected to have lunch here but were left hungry. This is a paid event with pre-registration, I don't understand how you run out of food mid event. Disappointed.

Oxbow visits are great experiences: we've been to the Fall Festival, on a regular day (to visit the farm stand and just walk the trails), and to a Member Day.When there's food it's delicious, the farm stand selection is great (so many native plants, very well labeled!), staff are always so nice. Our whole family loves Oxbow, good for every age from kid to grandparents.

We went here for Pollinator Day. You have to make reservations on Evitebrite. Easy parking. I was a bit underwhelmed by the event. There were a few booths (bat, honey, and bbq grill for food buying). I feel like there could of done a better job with having more vendors and establishing a more enticing event for kids/patrons. There was 1 station for coloring (flower making). We bought some beets/radishes. $3 bunch.

Farm camp for my 7 year-old daughter was the absolute highlight of her summer - wonderful, caring counselors and lots of time for both playing and learning. She came back each evening content, tired, grubby, and bursting with veggie information. Pretty much the perfect summer camp. :)

Visited to pick up some pumpkins. We got some nice ones, then got a pretty good hot dog. We wound up walking around some of the nearby trails through the little bit of forest next to it, it was gorgeous! The activities to do when you’re there aren’t *amazing,* but it was still a good outing. Their general food is good too!

Very cute farm to visit :D Easy to spot with their big sign although you must pay attention that they are open to public just on weekend. Plenty of parking. During rainy days, it's gonna get muddy walking through that lot. It gets better once you pass the entrance and go through the path. You will go along the Oxbow Lake on one side and apple trees on the other. After that path, you'll get to the farm where small vegetable, pumpkin, and sunflower patches are. Everything is so cute! The most interesting part is the conservation tent is. Super big and full of baby plants. Amazing! Just don't touch anything :) They grow a lot of flowers too. They have tomatoes in another tent. There are activities for kids such as painting pumpkins or scavenging hunt. You can also have lunch at the tables and buy cider from them :)

My family and I visited for the Oxtober festival and had a really nice time, despite the rain. I loved that entrance was free considering how unnecessarily expensive so many other fall festivals seem to be.The fresh produce stand had gorgeous vegetables. We had no problems with parking. My kids loved the apple slingshot. I was initially concerned about food waste when I saw this activity on the website, but they use apples that have fallen off the trees and are rotting anyway.Pumpkin decorating was a hit too. But by far, my kids' favorite area was the living playground. I'm pretty sure we spent hours there, running around, hiding, and exploring. Such a creative and beautiful play area for kids.Food offerings were definitely more unique than some other fall festivals, but lacked in variety for picky toddlers. There were also small touches that I thought were great like hand washing stations outside porter potties and next to the pumpkin decorating stand.
