There's always a wait line to check out at this store. Always. It's tedious and annoying. But today, Saturday March 16 at approximately noon, something special happened: the wait line was greeted and acknowledged by a wonderful cashier. I've never seen that happen until now. She engaged with every customer with a smile and enthusiastic greeting. The gentleman before me was trying to apply points for his purchase...an annoying and tedious process...and I had a badly sprained wrist so I was slow and clumsy, but she was supportive and very helpful in moving things along. She apologized to the customers in line, greeting each with a warm smile. (She also gave me some kind advice about using horse linament for my badly sprained wrist, but I was too distracted by pain to pay attention.) She was altogether wonderful. Please give this kind-hearted, generous employee a raise! She exemplifies the best of customer service!!!! I am having a miserable weekend filled with pain and unable to use my right hand. I accepted that nothing good would happen this day. But boy, I was surprised by the kindness and consideration of this cashier for every customer waiting to check out. She has been the bright spot in my miserable day. Thank you for hiring her, and please, please give her a raise!!!

This pharmacy used to be good, up until around the point Vitaly left. Now, they are so chock-full of people waiting for their vaccines that it takes half an hour, bare minimum, to simply pick up a prescription. It takes a little less time if you go through the drive-thru, but still, the response times are abysmal. The problem is that this *PHARMACY* now prioritizes all the vaccine people, who take precedence over prescription pick-ups. Ridiculous. Don't go here. Get your prescriptions filled at Rite Aid if you want decent service.

They are very nice but INCREDIBLY slow. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten in and out in a timely manner. Something is always malfunctioning.

Its ok as Rx goes. At times a great experience and sometimes a real bummer. One pharmacist really tries to help....others not so much. Once I arrived at 5:45 being stuck in 205 gridlock. I needed 3 Rx that they have filled for about 3 years now...After explaining I live in Carson... the girl argued with me that I would have to wait til the next day since they close at 6pm...the time spent telling me what they can't do...she could have just filled it for me...so there you go.

This review is for the pharmacy. I would not schedule a flu shot or any other vaccinations here. I made an appointment on line and waited almost an hour to get my shot. Ridiculous, why bother making an appt on line if you have to sit there for almost an hour waiting. All other competitive pharmacies I have been to before for vaccinations, give the shot with 15 mins at the most from the appt time. Walgreens has total disregard for their customer's time! I will never go back, and unless you want to wait a long time, you should go somewhere else too.

I often drop off packages at the fed ex counter and today I had an issue with a box. To my surprise MacKenzie stopped to help me when I fully expected her to "sorry can't accept it". It is not too often these days I come across helpful employees who actually care about the customer and go the extra mile. She deserves to be recognized and I hope other employees follow the example set.

Jasmine from the photo department has the absolute best customer service ever! I am a busy mom of two with a full time job and completely missed adding a date to my youngest daughter's birthday invitations. Jasmine noticed and took the time to call me and get it all sorted out. It was a journey for the both of us due to my replacement order being auto generated at a different location, but with the help of her manager we were able to figure out a way to get it done through her store. She even got the invitations shipped to me sooner than expected and sent them with a sweet note. Jasmine, I hope you read this someday and know I am so very grateful for you! I wish everyone was as kind as her and cared about their job the way she does. I would definitely drive from Sandy to work with her again.

I wish I could give zero stars for the pharmacy.Last night I took my 10 year old into this location to get the Covid Vaccine. This was a very important decision she had researched and made herself and was so excited! I called the pharmacy to make sure they had the vaccine available I spoke to the pharmacist who said come in and we did not need an appointment but to come by 6:30. We arrived at 6:33 and asked if we could still get it, the assistant rolled her eyes and asked the pharmacist who said yes go ahead. I provided the insurance card and she was having a hard time pulling her info up. They kept making comments about how I should have been there earlier and now they would have to cover each others jobs while they took care of us. An elderly man came to the drive up window and the assistant make a comment “oh my god another person at the Window. And rudely yelled to the customer speak up I can’t hear you. The pharmacist asked me a question and I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you and she yelled where do you usually go to get her medications, I told her rite aid and her response was call them and get her insurance numbers I don’t have time my assistant is not licensed to do this either. I then said can I have your name and she said why do you need my name I asked twice for her name and she refused. At this point asked for our insurance card and told her we would go elsewhere. She handed me my card back and I let her and how big of a moment this was for my child and she was now scared and there behavior was unacceptable. In the beginning of our encounter they could have said they did not have availability to do the vaccine but instead made us feel like a burden and now my daughter does not want to get vaccinated.

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!! Not only is every single pharm. tech rude and cranky EVERY time you go in, but the manager will just take it upon himself to randomly cancel your prescription and not tell you OR the doctor.DO NOT send your prescriptions here. You'll never actually receive your medicine!!!Good thing I'm not diabetic or in dire need, you guys would have literally been to blame.How can you possibly be so bad at your job?? I'm pretty sure I could get you into a lot of trouble for this....stand by

I was very appreciative of the manager. The day before, I bought a bottle of Febreze. I brought in my BOGO coupon today and they honored it with no issues. Prices are extremely high, though.

If there was a lower rating I would give it. Horrible customer service. No one in customer service seems to know or care what that means! Starting with the clerk who was using a scarf for a mask! Considering this is a PHARMACY, you think the clerks would be required to wear a proper mask. Last time I will use this location!
