Really terrible. They just don’t bring stuff to my house. The other Camas post office delivers to my house, but they always leave “Sorry we missed you” slips in my mailbox, a mile from my house. They say no authorized recipient available. Well I was home. No one came to my house. Do they expect me to wait at my mailbox? I request a redelivery, and they do the same thing. Super annoying and inconvenient. Then I go at 1pm on a weekday to pick it up, and they are closed for 3 hours in the middle of the day?
Just close this horrible place and let the nice Camas post office take over. This place is useless.

Not impressed. They close for 3 hours on weekdays business hours. Really? Very inconvenient. They also missed my post so I didn’t receive an important letter and they sent it back because of their own fault

This office didn’t deliver my confirm rescheduled delivery. I had waited at home the entire day because there was no delivery window after they confirmed my redelivery, and turned they didn’t even deliver. And they have the oddest open hours, 3-hour lunch break, then closes at 4pm. The worst service ever.

Would not deliver my packages because they didn't fit in the mailbox. Can they not spend the one minute to go to my address and deliver them at my doorstep?? Terrible service.

This post office will not deliver my packages to the door and continue to leave slips instead for me to pick up packages at their location 30 minutes away. The USPS is the ONLY delivery service that refuses home deliveries. Amazon, UPS, FedEx, etc have no problem. On top of it the employees do not answer the phone provided. It’s unbelievable how a government service that we pay for cannot fulfill the basic mission.

It seems like myself and many other home owners have to physically go into the post office to get our mail. We tried calling the post master but the phone inevitably hangs up before anyone answers. There is a lack of accountability and/or initiative to get mail delivered to their homes.

They don’t even try to deliver their packages. They leave slips as many times as it takes until you get fed up and pick up your packages from their location yourself. Sometimes they say their driver attempted to redeliver but my security cameras never once captured their truck. These people do not want to deliver packages and flat out lie.

FYI- NOT A RETAIL POST OFFICE! I was trying to ship a package, turns out you cannot pay to ship stuff here. They don’t offer retail service. I’m not sure if you can ship a pre-paid package? But I do know you can’t pay for any services here. I have nothing bad to say about this place, teller was friendly, just wanted other people to know you can’t pay to ship from here.

Only if you have postage on your package already. Do not go here if you do not.

This is the worst postal service I've ever had. They refuse to deliver packages to my apartment door, but there are NEVER any lockers available. They don't ever try again. The only way to get the package is to go to the post office. The only time I can get there is Saturday. So, basically every Saturday is waiting for them to find my package. What a joke. And the postmaster is a j****

So, here’s the deal. For the last five weeks we have been fighting with the Camas post office to get our mail forwarded from a PO Box to our home. We have made three visits over the course of five weeks and each time we do we are told a supervisor will call us when she is in. That woman, to do this day, has never called us. We went in earlier this week and they told us that the UPS store we are still forced to use because of them has been throwing away people’s mail and that we need to close our PO Box. With no proof to make that accusation I am concerned that a federal employee is disparaging a private business in an unsolicited manner. I don’t see that as their role. After five weeks without mail I finally decided to call the toll free number for USPS to see if they can help. Guess what, within minutes they diagnosed the issue. The UPS store is a business and USPS can’t forward our mail to our home address unless the business puts in the transfer (which they don’t do). Again, a private business can only manually forward our mail which will cost us money (and it’s not the UPS store’s fault. At least they are bending over backwards to help us). There are workarounds for this which we have put into place with the help of the USPS repI spoke with. Had the Camas post office told us that five weeks ago when they stood there and watched us fill out a change of address form we could’ve avoided all of this nonsense. In my opinion, not only are the employees of that station inept, they simply do not care. They literally don’t. They are government employees who do their best to keep the stereotype alive. In fact I’m sure if they read this they’re going to all of the sudden “lose“ our mail all the time. But hey look on the bright side. At least the postal delivery person has started to deliver other peoples mail to our mailbox regardless of how many times we’ve provided the list of names living at our address.

Some excellent service for in-person visits, but when it comes to having mail undelivered or lost, or having someone answer the phone during regular hours, it offers appalling service. I have never had so much mail gone missing, or received so much of my neighbors' mail until I moved to Camas. It's been going on for years. Usually my neighbors and I simply redeliver to each other, but one neighbor opens my mail before leaving in my mailbox. (I suspect that's a crime) This is the 3rd time I attempted to complain to a PO employee about it: Day #1: I called because of missing tax forms that companies had sent out but I never received, plus my mail was once again being delivered to the letter-opening neighbor. I spoke with a worker who took a message to leave for "Jeremy" the Postmaster. He did not return my call. Day #2: Called again, got a different worker who took notes on my complaint to leave with the postmaster again. Again no return call. The worker also suggested I call 7 to 9 a.m. when "Jeremy" was in the office. Day #3: I called continuously from 8:30-9:20 a.m.. Post office hours, according to phone message, start at 8:30 a.m.. No one answered. In my experience, the Camas Post Office, under the "direction" of "Jeremy" the postmaster, is incompetent not only in handling my mail, but in communicating within the work place and with the public it is supposed to serve.

Accidentally gave a Fedex package to the USPS by mistake. Usually these mistakes are not a huge deal, mail carriers will eventually get the package to the correct carrier. However it has been a month and it still has not made it to Fedex. Package was not brought back to me using the return address on the label. Safe to say the package will not turn up due to some immoral workmanship at this USPS location. Calling the location does not help as I have been on hold for over a half hour and no one has bothered to pick up. Something tells me that if someone were to pick up I would probably just get hung up on anyway (I say this according to a few other reviews left for this location)

We've had multiple slips left in our rural mailbox that detail our mail was not delivered because the box was full or that delivery was attempted. These are flat out lies... they just don't want to deliver some packages to your door, forcing us to pick up at the post office in town which has terrible hours. We paid for the delivery service?
