“I took my Ford Transit Connect to Advanced Transmission. From the first conversation I had with Steve I knew this was going to be a great experience. He took the time to talk with me and get the whole story behind my transmission issues. When I told him I was in somewhat of a hurry to get my van fixed because I had to leave in two weeks for a bike race I was participating in halfway across the country he assured me it would be done in time. He is one of the nicest guys I've ever met and I could tell he was genuine in his word. He hires really good workers who are also very nice and will do whatever it takes to make your experience a good one. “The team at Lomeli's Auto Repair are awesome... I'm very glad to have found a reputable and professional shop in the Gresham area who I can whole-heartedly recommend!
We have been taking our vehicles to Lomeli's for a few years now, but I most recently had them do major engine repairs on my 2009 AWD Chevy Express passenger van... head gaskets blew and my heart sank. Luckily, I sprung for the warrantee when I bought the van last year... of course the warrantee co tried to wiesel out of covering any of the repairs, but Lomeli's acted as my advocate while dealing directly with them for me and held them to the letter of the contract (thank you Carlos!). Van now runs better than ever and I couldn't be more thankful!

“Had a spark plug pop and the head needed to have a metal insert put in to hold the plug they had it done in a couple hours staff were really good to work with courteous and the price was fair have a steering problem I can't quite diagnose so I plan on taking my back to them because I believe they are a trustworthy shop”

“I called Lomeli's and asked if they could help me fix a botched pad and rotor replacement that a friend had performed. The service manager Al told me to come in and they'd take care of it. I arrived at their shop, Al looked at my left rear rotor and took the car in to the shop. 20 minutes later my car was back on the road with the issue solved and they didn't charge me a penny. This place took great care of me in my hour of need and I would recommend them to anyone.”

The communication was incredible. The technician we had was Jon, got in diagnosed the problem and saved us money by seeing if some of the parts are salvageable, which they were. Car was towed there late Monday afternoon around 4 and got a call today
(Wednesday) morning and it was ready.

“As always Master Tech Automotive is my "GO to" service department when I need something minor such as oil and air filter changes for my car, or, something needing identifying like an unexpected noise or 'hiccup' experienced whilst driving.

Showed a severe damage to my A/C unit and a potential for more if not quickly remedied.
All necessary repairs were efficiently completed and reasonably priced.
With a gently used, older vehicle, repairs were the best option when considering costs and service by mechanics comparable to dealer repair.
Better to repair the vehicle than the hassle of defining features wanted, selecting a new auto , arranging financing, and the price with available funds.”
