“I’ve gone this shop probably over 10 times in the last three years and I always get the best top of Line Service whether it’s a screw in my tire or oil change or new battery!
This is a local family business that has been at that location in the business for nearly I think over 50 years and there are really good salt of the Earth people!
Not only do they provide high-quality service, but they also don’t overcharge and get very fair pricing for all of their services and especially their!
They always help struggling people and do their best to be involved in the community by sponsoring various sports teams!
I also really love the transparency, chill vibe yet professional atmosphere and their willingness to do everything they can to fit you in, as soon as possible!
As a woman, I also feel truly respected and they don’t try to play some weird games and do double talk and dismiss me or treat me like I don’t know anything about mechanical repairs, even though, I don’t know very much about cars however, I always feel like I get a bit of education, but in a non-condescending way when I leave there!
I know right drivers go and get their vehicles inspected there and if there are problems, they will work with you to get them done that works with your budget!
For some reason, whenever drive over unfinished/unpaved roads, I often end up with a screw or nail in my tire and Kelly has repaired them all three times at no cost, which is excellent and then I just go and order them their favorite pizza down at Vinny’s!
I recently needed new tires and I whole whole bunch of mechanical work so I ended up going down to work Kelly the owner is now working down in Milwaukee and once again I had a wonderful and very satisfactory experience and I always feel like my cars are being well taken care of by Kelly and the Browns family in general!
I’ve grown to deeply respect Kelly and Brian and if you’re in need of a no nonsense mechanic and or new tires- I highly recommend visiting or calling this shop!

“I had been in an accident on Friday (9/6/24) which resulted in a blown tire, I called Gresham Premier that Sunday because I’ve had wonderful service from them prior. Danny, answered my call, ordered my tire & had the tire in the shop within 24 hours. I called Monday explaining the nightmare of issues I had already been dealing with my car 2 weeks before (mechanic wise). He asked if I could come in Tuesday, but after explaining what I had already been dealing with, he told me to stop by at 4pm on Monday and they would take care of me. Within 15 minutes, they had my car in the back & tire replaced. With the labor & cost of a BRAND NEW TIRE, including balancing and alignment, I walked out paying a beautiful price of $140. I seriously will NEVER go anywhere else when it comes to my tires. I’ve had them give me an envelope full of business cards so that I can hand them out to people I know. I even have family come up from Southern Oregon for their tires and prices because they are THAT AMAZING. Seriously, I may brag too much about you guys ;)

We were visiting from Canada and got a flat tire along our trip, coming to Les Schwab, I was prepared to shell some $, but lo and behold, 35 minutes later they've handed me my keys and didn't ask for anything! The tire was fixed, rims and all washed, spare tire back in it's place, and all for free! I mean, other than fairly tales where else do you hear stories like that? I hope I never have to visit a tire shop because of emergency like we had, but it I do, and I'm in northern Oregon, I won't hesitate, not for a second, to come again. “I can't say enough good about this Les Schwab. I had bad flat on a Friday afternoon. I had specialty run-flats and all-wheel-drive so I knew they would need all four, so I called right away. They found the tires had them delivered, and installed them before closing time same day. Then, a month later, I caught a screw in one, and even though they were really busy, they fixed it free same morning. Efficient, nice, and good work. Thanks.”

“I brought these guys some new wheels and tires to have mounted and balanced. They got me in the same day, they actually got me in in a couple hours, and I was out quicker than I was in. I watched them do the work and they were very careful of the new wheels. They were also very detailed oriented, for example they asked me what color balancing weights I would like. I thought that was a nice little gesture and show that they were paying attention and actually cared. “Hiway Fuel Point S in Washougal gives great service. Our Mt. Hood Miata Club was enjoying Washougal River Road on July 11. One of our cars picked up a small rock on some of the new rock chipping on the road. It stuck in the wheel/brake rotor and made a bad racket. We could not help our friend fix the problem beside the road. We drove into Washougal and stopped at Point S to ask if they could help. The techs helping us had experienced the problem before and knew the fix. As soon as they put the Miata on the lift and started to raise it the rock fell out! When asked what the charge was, they said "enjoy the rest of the afternoon, no charge". Great service, friendly staff, expertise!”
