“I am an Ironworker we work hard and wear out our boots fast . In this day of age with online shopping it can be a daunting task to find a good pair of boots of a different brand . You can also go thru a lot of hard earned money just to find a pair that works. Not with this store and the person who runs it . They put you in a pair and maybe they don't work out they will Definitely make it right. That is such a relief and I will say I am blown away with the customer service. Thank you.”
“This is an irresistible selection for enthusiasts. There are many things that are not imported to Japan. There are also plenty of clothes and maintenance tools. There were also many outlet items. The location is near the airport. 15 minutes from town.”
“Comprehensive children's boutique with a sizeable selection of fashionable apparel and accessories, at reasonable prices, particular when there is a sale on; and as this an outlet store, sales are prevalent here. We were mostly ignored by the staff during our entire visit until check out (they even failed to welcome us when we entered), so perhaps some customer interaction training is in order: a more welcoming environment, as well as pointing out any current sales and deals could only benefit the shop. Other than that, still a great place to find affordable children's clothing.”
“This store has a great selection of shoes. They may not be the very latest models, but they are still good ones and for less than you would pay at other stores. Staff was friendly, asked if I needed help and showed me where to find what I was looking for. I posted here earlier with a bad review. That review was meant for an neighboring store, which Google did not recognize. I apologize for the unintended bad review! Famous Footwear employees were friendly and this store was very well kept!”
“Nice store in the factory outlet. They had a sale for buy one pair, get the second at half off. A tricky way of making you buy two pairs to get a 25% discount. Most people I saw walking out of there were holding two or four boxes. Clean store. Friendly staff. Great selection.”

“Never having owned a pair of Western boots before I had zero knowledge about what I was doing .the young lady that helped me was fantastic.Helped me find the size and fit that was best for me and then was time for style. She was on her hands and knees pulling every pair of my size to find exactly what I wanted,which I wasn't sure of just needed to see them to know,when it looked like all hole was lost she kept searching and might have been the last pair my size she found them .I will be back to purchase my first hat, I'm sure the experience will be just as great.”

“I found a fabulous store to shop in. Retail Therapy Boutique has amazing clothing, jewelry, and gifts. The clothes are very fashionable and beautiful. RTB has unique, high quality tops, sweaters, jeans, etc. My friends give me nice compliments on the beautiful fashions that I wear from Retail Therapy Boutique. I have not told anyone where my lovely clothes come from as it is my secret. The staff at RTB is friendly and kind and have helped me to find things that flatter my figure. Every time I go in, there's always something new that is appealing. I just simply love this store. It is my favorite.”

“Have used Danner boots for fire service / emergency medical, Acadia model, and Mountain Light II for hiking, climbing & general use. Product coming through their factory has always served well without issues. Additionally, the fit & finish has been true and accurate. Danner has taken design steps over the years that to me look to wisely utilize learning from the North Italy mountaineering boot makers, among the best in the world, Scarpa, La Sportiva, Asolo. Using Vibram soles, also from the Italian mountaineering circuit shows the same intelligence. Danner also has American ingenuity as well as specific approaches to last designs and production methods that are very winning.”
