I went to go return an item. The guy tried to put it on account that I no longer had. I told him I did not have the card anymore and he assumed I still had it. Then I asked him do I get cash back. He looked at me funny and then went and talked to his manager and told me I had to contact the bank that I no longer bank with! Thank you O'Reilly's I will never shop here again. You lost a customer for life with your assumptions!

I went to go return an item. And I told the man I did no longer had my card. He put it on the card anyway and it was a closed account which I told him. He just assumed that when I said I didn't have my card that I still had my account. I asked the man I said do I get cash and he goes I put it on your card. Then he said he just assumed I still had an account open which I did not they lost a customer for
