“Joe helped me out with a single nylon washer. My hand controls on my Van came apart while I was driving. When they were put back together a nylon washer was left out making it hard to push the brakes. Not only did Joe install the washer for me, he also loaded my wheelchair up. Our Country could use more Joe’s like the one that works here.”

Employees took the time to ask what I needed and had extensive knowledge on the products they were selling, and made appropriate recommendations (without trying to push or "upsell"). In a way, they knew what I needed better than I did. Their products were higher quality than some of the junk you normally find in big box hardware stores. This will be my go-to place in the future.”
“Brandon was fantastic! I needed plywood for a bed frame he cut it to my dimensions, turns out my math was off! He stopped what he was doing when I came back to cut the wood again for me. We will definitely be coming back next time we need wood. The service was so much better than a big box store.”

“Very good hardware store, especially for nuts, bolts, and other "hardware". Also excellent selection and well organized plumbing department. Lots of quality parts that are simply not available at the two big box stores nearby. Also a great selection of lubricants and cleaners. Would easily be a 5 star rating except that the prices are on the high side. For me, being able to find good parts for what I need in one visit still makes it number 1.”

“i went to autozone because my car nursted all inside my interior i decided that autozone would be a good place to get that fixed, they did not have the egdable materials for the consumption of the turbulance my car was experiejncing. lucky ace whave enough bustulent substancial cream for the hosing in my engine compartment”

“I went there for some ball bearing toolbox drawer rails, and found out they primarily carried that product for wood Cabinetry not tool boxes. They still went out of their way to get me the information I needed by calling the manufacturers rep. Great customer service even though they knew it wasn't a product They Carried”
“I went to Ferguson Plumbing Supply because the faucet adapter that came with a new portable GE dishwasher would not couple with my kitchen faucet. Mike spent a good 30 minutes attempting to find an adapter or faucet that would fit. When he couldn't match it with anything in his store, I concluded it was the adapter that came with the dishwasher that was wrong.I'm still on the hunt for the correct part but I want to recognize Mike and Ferguson Plumbing Supply Gresham for being so knowledgeable, friendy and they gave me professional advice that you would never get at Home Depot or Lowes.If you need materials, supplies or advice, go see them at Ferguson Plumbing Supply.”
“I needed some Trex decking and other items. Rob Barrett helped me. Service was incredible. All of the items were delivered in my driveway. Truck driver was very nice. Even moved the sheetrock into my garage with the forklift. Rob guided me the right way. You don't get answers like this at the big box stores. Thank you Parr. When my items were delivered, they noticed that they forgot 2 boxes of nails. They brought them out on another trip the same day. That is service.”
“We went to Lowe's couple weeks ago after searching here and there for the carpet change and installation. We met a Wonderful man Cary Christiansen Flooring specialist. He listened to me first what we need and our budget and he helped us to find out the best carpet with best pad and on great price. He helped us to connect with the installation team for the fast process. And we got an appointment within a week. Today they changed our carpet on time and with great care, all because of Cary. He is such a kind man and 39 years of experience in flooring and we are extremely happy and satisfied with his an amazing service and help. They are people too, greet them, it'll make everyone happy... doesn't hurt, they aren't there to sell you a car, it's a hardware store....✌️✌️.”
“I was looking for a specific pressure washer and though the app said it was in stock, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the associates in garden for help and saw what I saw and said they were out. I showed he the count on the app and asked her if she could check into it to see if they were stored somewhere else and she promptly turned to another customer and began helping him.I went to customer service and Bobby promptly found some in overhead. He called Katie and she was quick to physically locate them. She found a lift operator and got them pulled down. There were several frustrating events that lead to delays but she stuck with it even going to get a cart and loading it on the cart for me. Several customers interrupted her to get her attention and she persisted with me to be sure I got what I needed while remaining polite to the other customers. I have to say Bobby was very helpful and Katie was super helpful. Best service I have ever received at HD without question and I am a contractor that is in here almost daily.Katie J turned around what looked like it was going to be a bad experience into one to remember.”

“I must write a review for the great deal and customer service experience I had today at this location. I went in as an emergency to buy a clothes dryer since mine broke. I looked online and chose a cheap no frills model that was on sale for $549.00. When I arrived I looked around at other ones and decided the one I looked at was sufficient. I found the man who was working that section and I showed him the one I wanted, he agreed it was a good machine and good price on sale. Then he said, if you are interested we just got in a return that for some reason was never used but returned. It was regularly over $800.00 he said since it was a return and no box he would sell it at a clearance price of $390.00 !! That was over half price AND he threw in a 3 year lowes warranty that covers all repairs and replacement for free!!! I was so happy to get this great deal, he even wrapped it up really well since there was no box, and helped me load it up! I went away really happy to say the least. Ty Lowes!!”

“We were there Tuesday June 19 2023 for walk in shower materials I think Phillip in shower heads was impatient. Matt in tile was excellent he took the time with us called for extra help for other customers and was just awesome. There was a small Mexican woman who was helpful too. Alll in all we had to search for help”
