Thank you so much for sending me oversized junk mail. This caused my mailbox not to shut and my real mail to fall out on the wet ground while it was raining. Get bent, losers.

I was happy with the returns on my account and the frequent personal calls I received. During a review of my accounts I called and asked what my fees were based on and was told they were 1.25%. I checked Fisher's website and confirmed that percentage. When I calculated the fees myself they were 1.5%. I contacted my advisor and was not at all satisfied with his response. I'm currently weighing other options.

They seem very desperate for clients. I responded to a newsletter and got contacted by three investment firms. I then read the reviews of the three and made my choice. I cancelled a follow up meeting with Fisher, based mainly on the review info, and made it clear I was going in a different direction and would not need their service. They are relentless! They call weekly and leave voicemails. I’ve blocked numbers and still get calls. “Hi, this is _______, from Fisher Investments. I don’t want to be a bother, but….” Then take no for an answer, move along, and STOP BOTHERING ME!”

They send you junk mail.11/14/23: In reply to your guidance for me to send you my contact information to remove myself from your junk mail list that I never agreed to be on in the first place, forget it. The joke is on you now. I’ll just leave this post here for others to see.

They consistently underperform the market while charging a 1.5% fee. Also they put you in their own fisher funds to collect annual and maintenance fees. They claim they are a fiduciary but clearly they are not. I closed my account after 10 years, they did me no benefit.

I've tried to get more information from Fisher Investments and they seem to not want to gain new clients. Even after new commercials on TV looking for clients, they no longer even answer the phone when you call.. Not sure if that is their business model but definitely sets off alarm bells for those looking for a Wealth Advisor firm.

Should you decide not to join the Fisher Investments cult, they will pester you for years. Blocking them won’t even help as they call with a new number each time, probably burner phones. They used to have 2 stars on Yelp for their Camas, WA location and a billion reviews but they all mysteriously disappeared. They are down to monthly calls for me the past two years but it used to be weekly and then biweekly. It could be worse but a financial company should be respectable of people’s decisions and not harass them. The best part is when you tell them to stop calling, they always hang up on you. So professional.

Stop sending mail addressed to my 6 year old! That is weird and strange for a company to keep doing.

One of the worst companies ever!! Really high fees, last 20 years never performed better than SPY 500.

I actually don't know how good of a company this is, or how they do return wise, because I have been waiting for 3.5 months now for them to send me the information to open an account with them. I sent over my email and my mailing address on 3/31/22 at 12:17pm, I know exactly when I sent it and just checked my records. And while I'm no hedge fund or big wig, I get that, but I certainly do meet the requirements to invest with them, you would think I could at least get a piece of mail encouraging me to do so...

Pros: lots of nice books to read before bed time....Cons: they do not manage the account ..The purchase garbage stocks that the market not longer wants ..like fang stocks.Run..Run…Run…from this bla..bla..bla.. investment co. cause that’s all you get hours of bla.bla..bla..This is not a place to park your money..I gave them 500K and a week later they lost 60K by buying growth stocks that every one in the market was dumping Netflix Apple Zoom Amazon etc. There is no management of the account...stocks keep loosing money ... they do not sell the stocks becauseaccording to them in 20 years you’ll recover your money.

We made the decision to move our retirement funds to another Financial Investment Company in December 2021. Fisher finalized the transfer, but is now trying to bill us for fees that maybe should have been deducted prior to the transfer. Fisher's oversight should not cost me out of pocket after tax money. This was not my mistake.
