This review is for the pharmacy. I would not schedule a flu shot or any other vaccinations here. I made an appointment on line and waited almost an hour to get my shot. Ridiculous, why bother making an appt on line if you have to sit there for almost an hour waiting. All other competitive pharmacies I have been to before for vaccinations, give the shot with 15 mins at the most from the appt time. Walgreens has total disregard for their customer's time! I will never go back, and unless you want to wait a long time, you should go somewhere else too.

The pharmacy people are usually very helpful with getting verification of refills on my prescriptions.

If there was a lower rating I would give it. Horrible customer service. No one in customer service seems to know or care what that means! Starting with the clerk who was using a scarf for a mask! Considering this is a PHARMACY, you think the clerks would be required to wear a proper mask. Last time I will use this location!

To my surprise the pharmacy is closed daily from 1:30 to 2:00pm for lunch. It's a busy store and it looks to me that with the number of employees behind the counter they could stay open and cover for each other for lunches. My wife had been waiting for 3 days for them to fill a prescription and when I went to pick it up at 1:30 which I didn't know at the time was lunch break. I have to travel an hour round trip and adding another half hour did not please me at all. I talked to a pharmacist about the lunch break and she told me that corporate would fire them if they didn't take it because it's the only break they get all day. I found that to be an interesting excuse.

I went in to receive my COVID Vaccination this morning at Walgreens and although the pharmacy was super busy and they were having multiple computer issues, the staff was professional, prompt and extremely kind to everyone waiting. I was so impressed.

All the employees are so kind and helpful! You can tell they all work well as a team. That says a lot about their management staff! The seasonal stuff is my favorite because their sales prices are pretty incredible.

Employees were very slow to help, didn't respond to pages, untrained in photo, and utterly unapologetic when I came down in person and my order was delayed 30 minutes. Then ANOTHER 30 minutes. Then ANOTHER 30 minutes. And then the poster was PRINTED WRONG. No, it was not an episode of a sitcom where the main character launches into an explosive and satisfying tirade, it was just a real day of my life when I was trying to get a memorial poster printed for the service for my grandmother's funeral and ended up just crying quietly instead of protesting how terribly they were treating me.
