Chris is simply the best! He helped us tremendously through our home buying process. He was very communicative and responsive to all of our emails, texts, and phone calls. And he was always happy to answer any questions thoughtfully and thoroughly and to share trustworthy advice when necessary. Most of all, he is so friendly, trustworthy and kind. Their team use a portal that makes it easy to submit documentation and track our status. From the pre-approval to the closing, he made sure the process was timely and smooth. Highly recommend!

When the big banks were telling me that it could take as long as 85 days to get through the refi process, I knew that I absolutely had to find a better option. After my first phone call with David Hill, I immediately knew that I was in good hands. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear in order to get my business. Instead, he gave me a realistic assessment of how he thought the process would play out, and, in fact, his estimate was spot on when it took only 31 days from submitting my application to picking up my check. I was even able to get my loan at a lower interest rate than what the big banks were offering. The level of professionalism and communication was first rate from start to finish, but my favorite part of the experience was just enjoying the personal touch that is becoming increasingly rare these days. If I (or anyone I know) ever need a real estate loan again, I will definitely be going back to Chris and David!
