Great service at first. bought a vehical with a warranty, cash with an agreement that they would fix the windshield crack, door alignment issues, road noise, passanger doors electrical issues and a few small things. Purchased 2 months ago, spent most of the time in their shop trying to get the issues fixed, windshield was repaired amazing the first time after a few weeks. Had to take it right back for the door issues not fixed and passanger mirror not functioning correctly. And just picked up the vehical the second time with no work was being done on it while it was there for 2 weeks and I was informed that one of the owners that I dealt with is selling their part of dealership. New owner Dan says he'll see what he can do and that they are now using a different body shop and will get them to contact me to fix the issues. finally i hope. Also no title yet.⁰
1 month Update: called once about getting the repairs fixed and i was told I'd get a call back from the new repair shop. Stopped in and I was told I'd get a call from the new repair shop to set up an appointment. Called and I was told that they would text me the number to the repair shop. I'm going to stop by tomorrow. Another no call back for another week . I've been trying every week when I have time. Owner posted on review that it would be taken care of shortly. Was told I'd be contacted before monday. Started other repairs on vehical myself that it needed along with maintenance scedual ( none part of an agreement, just things that I felt needed to be fixed). replacing sensors fixed some upholstery rips, installed missing body trim clips, ordered parts and 3 keys then had the inside detailed. All while waiting and trying to get in contact with the highly reputable mechanic that was supposed to fix it shortly. That was over three weeks ago and the passanger door doesn't shut all the way and keeps getting worst and is all loose. You'd think that a dealership would want to fix the issues that they implied would be fixed so that it would be a safe vehical to drive. Now I just received a letter from the warranty company that they never received the full payment from the dealership. Also still no title and now every bump the door sounds like it's about to fall off and it keeps saying that the door is open all the time. Update Temp plates expired now. Trying to resolve the issues. The door finally came off on the highway. It's been difficult to get ahold of anyone that can do more that tell me that they will call right back. Month 4 finally got the vehical into the dealership after going through Better Business Bureau. The loaner they gave me while they fix the issue smells awful and needs to be jumped every time. Horrible follow up service after you've paid them close to 20k cash. Waiting to see if they fix the issue correctly. Second loaner vehical has all the dash warning lights on and won't drive faster than 35mph. Owner said that they would refund me the warranty but after a few phone calls and e-mails I haven't received anything. This has been nothing but a nightmare the way they handel things and are crooked. I've gotten nothing but lies from them. I will make every effort to warn anyone and everyone about this business and keep updating about my experience with them. Finally got in contact with the actual owner Gennadiy Savenok. I hope that he is a man of his word. Got a loaner that is drivable and the vehical is in the shop getting repaired. Owner said that he will cover the cost to get things fixed. Still haven't received the warranty money refund it's been 6 months. Update and heads up if you purchased a warranty and are told you can get a refund prorated for how long you've had it, when you ask for the refund make sure you contact the warranty company to make sure that they purchased a warranty. Not pocket the money and then refund you a lesser prorated amount on a warranty that they never paid on.

The car had parts in the truck that were rolling around loose and not connected, like the back up camera. The exhaust was not secured or he the under carriage of the vehicle and separated during the drive home causing it to move freely while driving, quickly drilled (not from factor) holes to put parts in places, paid for an extended warranty in my contract from the dealer ($2,300.00) and dealer never activated the warranty, did not submit paper work to the DMV until a month after purchasing the vehicle (still don’t have plates bought on February), threaten or tried to threaten to come take my car back if I didn’t meet them to go to the DMV, harassed me multiple times on Sundays and holidays before cutting all communication, and now apparently the GM and sales representative have been let go. This is a really shady business practice and probably let go for the best. Hopefully their sale and representatives have drastically improved.

Took almost 4 months to get a title for the truck I bought after it was "lost" in the mail twice. Then to find out it was a "branded" title although the actual DMV title didn't list it but CARFAX did. Glad they bought the truck back from me but I've never had worse experience buying a vehicle. I read other reviews and then noticed the same pattern with the title as well. Definitely would not recommend.

Probably the easiest, least stressful experience I have ever experienced buying a used car. Their website had lots of information about each vehicle they had, so we had a decent idea of what we wanted to look at before getting to the lot.
We parked and spotted the cars we wanted to look at right away. We walked over and were able to look over the outside of each to the cars and discuss together about which car we wanted to look at further. There was a lot of different options to look at, their lot was full. The website inventory was easy to filter through so I could quickly see the specs of the cars I was looking at in person, plus the prices were clearing marked online for each car so I could compare the values easily. The sales guys got the keys right away for the one I wanted to test drive and was very friendly. They were honest and upfront about vehicle history. It was such a nice experience working with them. There was no shady sales pitch or stress. They were able to get us a signed deal in under 3 hours! When the husband said he wanted to go look at cars today I was expecting to be out all day and get nothing else done. But instead we got to get some errands done while our new to us car got detailed and got to take a family drive in the car before dinner time.
