We have a few car brands with various different types of drivers in this household and Jared is able to manage working out the issues or simply service them well. We needed a tow for one from our house and that was taken care of promptly. We needed tires for another and that was dealt with. We needed a detail (many foster dogs had ridden in this car so I know it was a job) and that was done. Asked about recommendation for somebody to take out a few surface scratches and that was answered. “Probably the easiest, least stressful experience I have ever experienced buying a used car. Their website had lots of information about each vehicle they had, so we had a decent idea of what we wanted to look at before getting to the lot.

We parked and spotted the cars we wanted to look at right away. We walked over and were able to look over the outside of each to the cars and discuss together about which car we wanted to look at further. There was a lot of different options to look at, their lot was full. The website inventory was easy to filter through so I could quickly see the specs of the cars I was looking at in person, plus the prices were clearing marked online for each car so I could compare the values easily. The sales guys got the keys right away for the one I wanted to test drive and was very friendly. They were honest and upfront about vehicle history. It was such a nice experience working with them. There was no shady sales pitch or stress. They were able to get us a signed deal in under 3 hours! When the husband said he wanted to go look at cars today I was expecting to be out all day and get nothing else done. But instead we got to get some errands done while our new to us car got detailed and got to take a family drive in the car before dinner time.
