“Katie with Camano Storage is a professional and has provided excellent customer service. Susan Shipe review is completely in accurate. As the Personal Representative for my Fathers Estate, we contracted a storage unit for one calendar year, as a courtesy to our brother, whom was unable to retrieve his few personal items from our fathers house prior to sale. Ms. Shipe harassed Katie by calling multiple times, as well as she texted me multiple times. Requirements to access the unit were given weeks ago and again this week. There was no $50 fee and Ms. Shipe has no legal rights and or the legal documentation required to access my brothers storage unit. Access was set up for my brother upon his return by the end of they contract.I highly recommend Camano Storage as they provide professionalism and trustworthy service.”
