This is THE best bank I've ever done business with. Personnel are charming, friendly and extremely efficient in 22 years of banking. Never had a complaint about anything. The only thing that is mildly annoying is the changing of passwords and that is for customer protection. Must do it about twice a year so keep good records!

Made the mistake of opening an account here last year. Have had numerous unannounced charges that I only find out about long after my account has had issues taking it into the negative. Had my card 6 months when it stopped working, but apparently it costs $10 to receive a new one. Never had such an awful experience with a bank prior to this. Dropped them for Umpqua and never looked back, one of the best decisions of my life.
