What a bunch of chatty Kathies. They would rather talk about Martha’s banana bread & failed marriage for 15 minutes instead of greeting the guest that arrive. We show up on time, and instead of being greeted, I get to listen to homecooked drama for 15 minutes and then an older Caucasian man walks in and he was immediately greeted. I was fixin to leave and then they finally addressed me and acknowledge the fact that I was there as a customer.

I brought my animal in to receive a vaccine, and I was told that if I double down on the vaccine, it would only be a $15 difference. It was $57 extra so that’s fault. Just a bad experience all around honestly which is really sad to come from a local vet.

The vet clinic on camano island is NOT good anymore. They use to put pets and patient intake first. They do no longer. EXPECT to be waiting to see a vet 30 - 1 hour AFTER check in. I suppose I can start with my first experience. I sat in the pet room waiting for a vet to see my dog after the established time 1 hour after checking in a Vet walks in to notify me that she's UNALIVING a kitten of a small litter and she needed more time before she saw my dog. Very uncomfortable. The most RECENT visit consisted of the RECEPTIONIST was very adamant of my dog being rescheduled (I called 2 and half months prio for a visit) so a certain vet she recommended would receive money instead of the former vet, under the guise of saving YOU money. Overall they take care of pets when they want to, but they do not care about you. Their practices are at most HARMFUL, and at least SHADY.

We've had no problem when we've gone here, left a message with a question for the vet/staff; They are friendly; but what they are lacking is enough vets to handle all the pets in this area. They cannot handle last minute things, which is what we all need when our pets are sick or injured. So, in this case, you need a vet hospital - some of which have a long wait. For annual exams, shots and messages for the vets, I give them a .

This vet has changed so much over the years that I highly recommend going somewhere else. They have become so rude and uncaring about you or your pets that it makes you wonder what they might do if you're not standing right there. Very very sad they use to be great. Kate left and that was the end of caring people from the ones who answer the phone to the vet

Very nice vet! Not pushy but recommends things, but ultimately gives you the decision on the treatment.

absolutely would go here again and again. A couple years back I had a really bad experience with a veterinary office in Stanwood, and it really made it hard for me to ever want to take my dog back to another vet and trust him with them but the super nice receptionist gave me full confidence in Joyce as my vet and when I got there Joyce spent first 20 minutes making sure that my dog was comfortable and liked her and was comfortable with her having to do everything that she needed to do for the exam which I appreciated more than anything, especially since my dog is a little bit Scared of new people. Joyce was able to explain to me everything that I had to do to help get my dog back on a healthy track. She explained it to me in terms and ways that I could understand and this place is so crazy affordable and I absolutely adore it. I will definitely be bringing my dog back here for any other concerns and get his teeth cleaned next month.

I took my dog out because she was coughing and having a hard time breathing. They put her on antibiotics for water around her heart I heard my dog go down on my porch she had congestive heart failure she would still be alive if they had given her water pills and a steroid but they didn't they also told me I needed to take her to a specialist and they would put a needle in er chest and remove the fluid and it was going to cost me five thousand dollars. The vet I dealt with was going on vacation ad I don't think she cared it was all about pushing people it the door I'm thinking it's time to find a better vet.

Wonderful place and people. We recently got a 2nd dog and wanted to get her checked out and caught up on vaccinations. The vet tech and vet were very knowledgeable, friendly, and loving with our dog. Their rates are very reasonable and they are on the island so nothing but praise for them.
