I LOVE that this store is able to stock items important to their own neighborhood. (It is my understanding that they’ve had to fight the parent company to accomplish this.) To wit: their outstanding selection of well-made stainless steel nails, screws, nuts and bolts, clamps, hooks and even odd fasteners in stainless. Expensive? Yep. BUT Home Depot and Lowe’s carry less than 10% of the stainless stock that this little neighborhood store has and what HD does carry is lightweight and too flimsy to trust.
BRAVO to whoever makes the stocking decisions! And whoever straightens out all the stuff customers put back in the wrong place has earned their place in heaven! ?
I used to shop at Camano Plaza Hardware only after I couldn’t find things at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Now I check at Camano Plaza first - haven’t been in a big box hardware in 10 months. Good job Camano Plaza Hardware!

The main store is fine but the detached store that sells outdoor equipment is sketch and deceiving. They don't say hello or thank you and one employee (male) exchanged my Craftsman mower blade, that I had bought 10 minutes prior and was the wrong size, for a generic, out of the package blade, FOR THE SAME PRICE as the Craftsman! And he didn't even tell me that it was not Craftsman until I came back in minutes later to return the whole thing. And again, he didn't say thank you or even apologize for deceiving me. It might be b/c I'm not white.

Great little hardware store to have on the island. It's so nice to be able to support a local business, and it saves us time and fuel when shopping close to home.

Needed some special screws which they had in stock. Needed a saw blade,.they had just what I wanted. Today was looking for motor oil and a Christmas lights timer. Got em both.

Just picked up some moss out here for cleaning up the deck outside. They're friendly and helpful always. I was there several times since this post and they're still very friendly ☺️
