Good Rd. Storage discarded all my items from their unit 17 days after my payment lapsed due to a bank mistake... Very traumatic experience, since all the items belonged to my deceased mother.

Very nice, Clean and friendly professional staff. They help me with my questions and show me the best storage to have my items in. Storage was very clean so I was able to put my things in there without any problem.

Awhile back a misunderstanding happened between good road storage and I. I wrote a bad review and gave her a 1 Star I am now apologizing and giving a 5 star because the owner did something for me that means absolutely everything to me. Something she didn't have to do. I'm so grateful for them I'm not gonna go into detail because it's a family matter but Good road storage saved a lot of stuff for me that would have been lost because of my irresponsible family member! So thank you guys so much! Defiantly a storage facility I will recommend for sure!!

Super friendly staff??? My husband went in to see if there were any units available and the person said, the sign out front should have told you that there were no vacancies. The sign was an 8 x 10 piece of paper in the window. My husband then asked are you month to month or lease and the person responded with, what does it matter I don't have anything anyway. That is not very friendly and we for sure won't give this place any of our money.
