I go here quite frequently to drop my packages off! Very convenient! The mailboxes are on Cleveland Street which is the next road to the west of Burlington Boulevard.

Packages got delivered to a lock box but the key is in the wrong box. Then when I go to call the place they don't answer. Like what's the point of posting business hours if they aren't gonna be there?

Packages constantly misdelivered to lock boxes and when you call they claim they will send someone out to retrieve it and they straight up don't. Occasionally a neighbor will show up weeks later saying they just checked their mail and had it which proves no one ever even went back to look for it. And other times we never receive our packages. This happens way too often. Not a one time here and there, it's CONSTANT. And each time I'm pretty much told tough luck, get a refund. Which isn't always possible.

5 starts just to counter some crazy lady who doesn't have a clue how things work on yelp. They at the public office do great work. That address is 720 E Fairhaven Ave, Burlington, WA 98233 she is right this address shown is for the Anex / processing building.

This location is not open to the public. It is an annex location used by postal workers ONLY. This location shouldn't be shown on Google Maps as it gives the impression it is open to the public. An employee of this location told me, that the post office has tried for several years to get Google Maps to update maps to no avail.
