I full-time RV so I have to have a reliable place to receive packages as well as a physical address to use for everything from taxes to licenses. I've had a personal mailbox here for only a little over a year but fear I need to go through the HUGE hassle of changing my address because I can't handle the unreliability of this place anymore. In the past year, they have misplaced over TEN packages of mine!!
Numerous times I've gotten home only to find that they didn't give me all my packages. Then I have to waste time on the phone with them while they dig around or often even have to go through the security camera footage to figure out what happened to it. Once they finally find it, I still have to drive all the way back to town to get it. Depending on where I'm staying at the time, this is often a half hour or even over an hour drive each way. I've now gotten in the habit of opening all my packages right there in the store to make sure I have everything.
At least twice, they've even managed to put my incoming packages in their outgoing "pile" (it's literally a pile on the floor) and it got picked up. Then evidently when the UPS hub gets wrong packages like that, they just throw them in an even bigger pile at the hub that they never do anything to resolve. I'm guessing it becomes secret Santa presents for the drivers?
The last package took them over a month to find and yesterday I had another go the hub which I needed before I head out of town today... Bee even told me that she saw her MANAGER put my big blue box in the outgoing pile and told her not to yet it happened again anyway.
To make matters worse, they've also mishandled my mail in that they evidently only sort through it all to put it in your box on about a monthly basis. Couldn't tell you how many times I've been expecting mail that has taken WEEKS to show up in my box. Three times I've had mail with tracking so I knew it was dropped off but it didn't get put in my mailbox for two to three weeks.
I've been trying to be nice about all of these issues because it's kind of one of those "don't be mean to your waitress or they'll spit in your food" situations... but my repeated requests for them to fix their system have obviously gone unanswered.
On a more positive note, they have so far always found everything and they are all helpful and nice. Denon in particular is always crazy cheerful. Maybe a little too inquisitive about what packages you get but I know he's just being friendly. Luckily I haven't ever had the need to receive anything of a personal nature there! ?
Thank you guys for being friendly, helpful, and always finding my packages but for the love of God, please stop losing them in the first place and sort the mail DAILY!

I arrived with a number of confusing Amazon returns. Bee went above and beyond to sort out the ambiguities. Her professionalism and approachability really helped to resolve this situation. She is a credit to UPS!

Do not give this franchise any of your business. I paid full price for this store to package a $2000 optic. They completely failed to do anything. They threw it into a box and sent it. The scope was a complete loss and they are refusing to accept any liability. Do not do business with them

I truly wish I could give negative stars. Terrible business, terrible company, and zero regard for clients. Over 6 months ago a luxury watch I was shopping went “missing”. Just a smiley face for a signature, and constant mistreatment from ups from everyone at corporate and this location. I paid for $3500 in additional insurance just for them to say it’s “my fault”, yet they black list their own driver who supposedly delivered it. Stay away from these criminals. Absolutely terrible company.

Horrible customer service. Employee requiring you to put item in a second box because her manager told her no retail boxes. Asked for her manager, was told he was off today. Asked her to call him or another manager and she refused.

UPS in general is garbage but this time you guys really got me. Stupidity robot won't let you talk to anyone like you're trying to reach the damn king of whales. You folks killed over 50 pounds of live crayfish with your ignorant ways of handling package and then lost another 25 pounds in the same day. Absolutely ridiculous, we get flying cars before ups can learn to deliver a package right. Absolutely terrible
