All my parts worked perfect. The parts lady does an excellent job at making sure the parts are for your vehicle with the vin number.

Well I've been here for over 2 hours for an oil change. I can't really understand what's going on because the reader board has showed that they're "processing paperwork" for about an hour and 15 minutes. I've been reluctant to come back here for a simple oil change since I was unexpectedly charged $40 for a tire rotation last time. $40 to move 4 tires around? ....but I received an e-mail for a $9.95 oil change and tire rotation special. So I came in. Update. Just left. 2 hrs and 22 minutes. Darned if I started up the car and it showed a low pressure tire indicator light. That's probably about $9.95 for the air to fill the tire so I'll just do it myself. Kinda miffed about the whole situation. I've gotten 2 cars here over the years. And it's always been good. It makes me want to look around for a new place, even though I used to really like coming here. The $40 tire rotation thing was just outright not expected and so over the top. How about some free air Foothills? I'm sure ya didn't notice the dash indicator light as you turned on my car and reset the service timer. I DKS about this car but I saw the light and look it up online in about 30 seconds. Y'all getting Tire'd over there.

I ordered a Brand new vehicle that was supposed to be here in December 2023 Chris Chiba my sales man called to let me know that it will be here earlier which was awesome. Drove up to Foothills to start the buying process which was smooth and hassle free on their part. I've read some reviews about this place and it seems bad However, for me personally the car buying process from start to finish was a NO pressure and ALL about TRANSPARENCY . I 100% would recommend buying again from them. If anyone thinks about buying a vehicle from them I'd recommend seeing Chris Chiba(salesman). He understands the value of a dollar and will try his best to get you a good deal!

Be careful with these guys, get a second opinion on your service quote. I dropped off my Rav4 with an electrical issue and experienced a week of complete run around, lies and deception. At first they told me all of the problems with the vehicle were due to a collision resulting in a broken ground wire or a connection being damaged in the collision. This set me up for a long drawn out investigation of the situation and would cost thousands. At first I believed them, coming from a ligit Toyota store they must be right, Right? Wrong, I stopped the work so I could take the car to get a second opinion. There was no collision history. Turns out they were lying about it to get me to authorize a long drawn out investigation of the problem. Because I already paid them $200 to diagnose the problem that they didn't fix, I brought the car back to them and explained again that there was no collision. There was still an issue and must be something else. I requested that they look again. I waited 4 days before Jon called me back to inform me that the car is done. He also let me know that the bill was $525 more than the $200 I had already paid up front. He explained to me all of the hours it took to find the problem. I'm not new to this, I had already pulled the trouble codes from the car before I brought it to them. The first step in trouble shooting this type of code is to check the fuzes. I had already caught them in the lie about the collision. So when they tried to over exaggerate the situation again so they could over charge me, I knew they were trying to rip me off. It turns out the mechanic was billing me for 3 hours of labor before doing the initial first step of diagnosis. Foot Hills Toyota was obviously milking the bill to make more money off of me. Bottom line, my car only needed a new fuse that should have taken no more than half an hour to do. That new fuse took me two trips to the dealership, much agony and an attempt to charge me $725 for a fuze.

1st time all my tire caps were missing after service...2nd time I asked them to check my wiper blade while car was there for service and they didn't find a problem. Next rain storm wiper blade was scratching glass. Went to Les Schwab and had to replace blade! 3rd time I had low tire pressure and pulled into Les Schwab to find out my tire treads were very poor. Tread was at bare minimum. I service my car at Burlington all the time so you would think they might have noticed. I would really not recommend this service dept!!!! Every time I serviced my car I paid a good bit so what were they doing???

I stumbled upon this dealer while searching google for a part that I was unable to find previously. I’ve ordered from them three times now and the orders included the part that none of the other dealers were able to find. Each order has included quick status updates, fair prices and fast shipping. Five stars in my book :)

If I could, this would automatically receive 0 stars. Worst experience I've ever dealt with for customer service. We ordered a car (paid 2k over msrp) and we were told it would take a few months. We were ok with this and informed them that we had plans to sell the current car prior to picking this car up. When we received notification that the pickup was between said dates, we sold our current car. When we went to go pick up the car, the car that was ordered had a completely different interior color than the order we had given. We had confirmation paperwork however we were told that this was not included on their side. Seeing as we had no options that we had sold the current car, we asked if they would be willing to either give a discount for taking the wrong interior color or even if they could throw in the accessories in for their mistake. Was told no and when asked to speak to the manager, they never came around. We were told that we could either take the deposit back or wait several months AGAIN. Pretty much screwed us over since we sold our car. No accountability or professionalism at this dealership. Will not be dealing with any Nelson family owned dealerships in the future.

I was charged three hours labor for a $23 dollar tube part. I believe I was completely ripped-off. I said yes to the work over the phone without the service person telling me what the $500.00 dollar charge was for after they told me I needed to bring back the car after getting a $119.00 oil change the week before. BEWARE! They are not forthcoming and obviously - taking advantage of people.

Most of us have gone through the stress of buying new car and know the hassles that awaits. Unfortunately, I had to add the stress of finding a new car during the Covid-19 pandemic. My journey started as most, looking online finding dealerships close to me and looking at their inventory. Living in Shoreline and have two Toyota dealerships within 5 miles of my house I figured it would be easy, nope. Those two dealerships will go unnamed but after contacting them and requesting communication through text and email only I received phone call after phone call. This was even after I told them they didn’t have what I was looking for. Since some dealerships were only doing online sales during the Governor’s mandate I felt as though I was stuck either dealing with these relentless dealerships or just waiting. I chose to wait and see what came after the shelter in place was lifted.Week or so went by and I was talking to a coworker about my issue with those other dealerships and he told me I should contact Foothills Toyota in Burlington. Said he had a good experience with them, so I went to their website to check out their inventory and like most dealerships they were closed due to the mandate. To make it more disheartening at that time they didn’t have the exact 4Runner I was looking for. I was ready to give up for now and wait everything out, but before I clicked the close button, I saw the contact us tab. So, clicked on and left my number and specified text message only. With in 30 minutes I received a text from their GM Tyler. After a few texts back and forth where he was upfront about not having what I wanted and not pressuring me with phone calls, he told me he’d see what he could do. Later that day I got text from him saying he had one coming in that fit my requests, but he wasn’t sure on date because of the current Covid-19. He emailed me the build sheet and it fit my requests to the letter. A few texts later with pictures of my trade in, which he gave me a ballpark number on trade in value that he said he’d confirm in person, price confirmed on the 4Runner, my name was on it. Now it was a waiting game, which I was giving constant updates on delivery.Fast forward a month, my new 4Runner was delivered but still had to wait for the Governor’s mandate to be lifted so they could open. Tyler texted me on 5-4-2020 telling me he could sell me the 4Runner on the 5th, I was there at 8:30am excited but also stressed because of past car buying experiences. We all know what happens they got you in the door, you just drove 60 miles to get there, here comes the switch-a-roo and pressure for extras. I prepared my NO FACE and ventured in where I meet Tyler and his salesman Ed and was ready to battle. Well people it never came Ed was a pleasure to interact with, no up sale, Tyler checked in, its was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They had all the precautions in place for Covid-19 they even gave me exactly what I was quoted for on my trade in. I was on the rode by 9:30am in a freshly washed vehicle with a full tank of gas, smiling from ear to ear.I would recommend Foothills Toyota to anyone. They treat you like a customer not a dollar sign and I could not be happier with my new 4Runner TRD pro in Army Green. Take the drive you won’t regret it!

They don't even deserve that one star. Be careful when dealing with this company especially Trina. They don't keep their word and will sucker you out of a car. There's a serious lack of communication. I'd definitely not buy a vehicle from this crooks.

Service department cannot detect a leaky water pump. Sold me a used vehicle with several issues. Perhaps they don't look at vehicles very closely when they buy them at auction. I, nor the rest of my family, will ever buy another car here.

I had my motorhome there several years ago. They did not have a part in stock so they had to send a runner to get the part. The service agent wanted to charge the labor charges for their runner onto my repair bill. Thought that was very low brow of them. Have not been back since.

Russ was great. He walked us through all the paperwork and explained everything as we went. This was a great first time car buying experience.

I will start this off by saying that we have been going to foothills Toyota since we moved up to Marysville from the Puyallup Tacoma area almost 2 years ago. The last couple of oil changes have been terrible experiences unfortunately, and this dealership and service department has now lost our business. When I took my Corolla in a few weeks ago to have the oil changed, they again did not fully vacuum the front floorboards and only pulled out the floor mats to vacuum them. In addition, my car sat there all day while I was at work and after they had called me to tell me they needed to replace my cabin air filter,Which seems like they have to do or recommend to do almost every time I'm in there for an oil change. They were supposed to call me when my car was ready. They never called and my car just sat in their parking lot. By the time I realized it was 5:45 PM and I hadn't received a call yet, I walked across the street back over to Toyota and everybody in the service department had gone home for the day!!! I had to flag down a sales rep from the show floor and have him go back behind the counter and find my keys so that I could take my car home that evening after doing a manual payment with my card. Chalked it up to an really off day for them. Fast forward to today. My wife is getting the oil changed for our Toyota Matrix and has our three young boys with her and the technician checking her in asks if we want the tires rotated for an additional $20- dealerships!!?? We tell him no as we just had them rotated at Les Schwab. They do the oil change and again do a terrible job of not vacuuming the floor boards and only vacuum the floor mats in the front seat leaving the front floors as a dirty mess. They finally finish up and that same technician tells my wife that he accidentally punched in yes for the tire rotation instead of no at check in. He said that we would not be charged for that, but then again my wife had to reiterate that we just had them rotated and that they needed to go and rotate them back to where they were. Fast forward almost 45 minutes later and they let her know that the car is done. The final straw was when my wife got home and realized that the tires were not re-rotated as she could tell that the tire with the missing hub cap had not been moved back to its original spot prior to the oil change today. They also told us that we needed new front brakes, and we told him we just had all the brakes done at Schwab a week or two ago. He then says, well you didnt have them done here?? Ok- and your point is??? Up to these last two visits our experience has been fine, but we are done with this dealership in the service department because of these experiences.
