“Went to Les Schwab for a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in fairly quickly, and it turned out I had a break in my sidewall on the inside of my tire. Considering I don't even know where my spare is yet in my newer car, I'm glad I took it in. Ryan worked on my car. We decided to change out all of the tires as my Honda is an AWD. Ryan was very patient when showing me my options. We were considering wheels, so Ryan introduced me to Brandon, who was equally as helpful. “Blew a tire on a Sunday and new Year's Eve. Came in around 3:30, and although the staff were all given permission to leave early for the holiday, they stayed to replace the tire on not just the one wheel, but all four, and did so in roughly 45 minutes, with proper balancing and airing of the wheels and securing the wheel nuts properly. I do work on my car myself so I can tighten the lug nuts again for their 100 mile (I believe) check up but they made sure to issue the reminder and maintained a positive life saver. I made it to the ferry on time to get my friend back home for the holidays, all because of their help. They even put the spare back in the trunk under the lid even though my trunk had stuff in it, all without disturbing my items or complaining. I'll be here again for my other vehicles :)”
