I've come to this location for many years and had nothing but good times, until recently the service lady I believe named Anna is very rude, unprofessional and gives the store a bad name. I simply wanted to have Anna look at my tire, which was already discussed, and she continued to give me attitude and sparky remarks about what and what she can not do. Very unprofessional!

Very practical advice and guidance. Really appreciate the friendly staff and they always seem to do extra when I take bikes in for service. Good selection of equipment and parts in stock.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They actually try to not help...
Never seen a commercial place where they try extra hard to not be of any help... Dont waste your time and go to the Honda lifestyle next door... They have great customer service.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. I brought my bike in for the forks to get rebuilt and to get my stator case cover replaced.
I am extremely frustrated with the service I received at Skagit Powersports. After handing over my bike for repairs, not only was the customer service subpar, but the results were outright unacceptable. Within just five minutes of riding post-repair, my bike broke down again. This clearly indicates a lack of proper diagnostic and repair work.
When I contacted them about the issue, the help I received was negligible. Their solution was to quote me an additional $800 for a completely new charging system. This suggests either an oversight in their initial assessment or a failure to address the real problem initially. They showed no willingness to acknowledge any responsibility for the situation or offer a reasonable resolution.
Overall, my experience with Skagit Powersports was disappointing. They demonstrated poor customer service and a lack of professional accountability. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for reliable motorcycle service and repair.

Stopped by yesterday to schedule some service on my Honda Rancher ATV. I was told that the ATV was too old (19 years) and they would not look at it because "parts might be hard to get". I bought this ATV new from them and had always had it serviced there. It's been well taken care of and is in good condition, just needed some routine service. Thought this was poor customer service and loyalty. I won't be spending any money there and wouldn't recommend them to others. Don't think anyone should buy anything used from them! Oh yeah...it's easy to get parts for this popular machine.

Every time I have needed something, questions answered, product for sale or someone to point me in a direction Skagit power sports has gone above and beyond. Will go back for all my motorcycle needs.

Less than helpful. I was in for two minutes and already got the feeling like I was bothering them. Definitely not a place I’ll go back to.

I brought my low mileage wr250r in for service as it wasn't idling properly. They tore it apart and about a month later told me the timing belt had slipped and the engine needed a rebuild. I had to question this as it only had 8k on it and had always been taken care of and not trashed.I was told this was a common problem with these and they typically needed a full rebuild around that time, and that they wanted 2100 dollars to rebuild the top end, plus whatever it took to rebuild the bottom end.I really couldn't accept that so I picked it up, brought it home, and took it to another mechanic I've been going to for 30 years. They typically don't work on fuel injection is why I brought it to skagit. They tore it open, found absolutely no issue with the timing chain or gears, no issues with the top end, put it back together, and then looked elsewhere. Turned out it was some junk clogging up the fuel pump inside the tank. They put it all back together and called me because body parts were missing. Turns out skagit had them and had forgotten to put them in the box with everything else.Mistakes happen, I get that. But to tell me I need to spend thousands on a top end rebuild? I can buy a big bore kit for 350. I know there's labor involved but that's a huge cost for a single, in addition to trying to get more money from me for a "posdible" bottom end rebuild. But to tell me to my face that these bikes typically need to be rebuilt before 10k? Yamaha makes a good bike and if there truly had been an issue with one of their well known and big selling motorcycles that resulted in a full rebuild that soon, they would've pulled it from the market.I have to say I'm truly not impressed with any part of this experience and won't be back. And after lying to me in what I feel was an attempt to get thousands out of me, I can't recommend them to anyone.

Great place to buy parts for your motorcycle if you need them. They will order parts for you, too.
