Very good service, the staff that works at that place was very friendly, I just called my insurance company that was going to leave my car at the workshop and they were in charge of communicating what the budget was to fix the damage to the car. Two weeks later my car is completely fixed, I am very grateful to those who work at this place who do their job very well. ? ? THANK YOU!!!

This shop did a fantastic job on my repair. Francisco, the manager was knowledgeable, fair, and really communicative. He called with updates along the way and the car looks great. I have worked with another shop in town and was dreading taking the car in…amazing service at this shop.

I'm not one to give bad reviews but people this is not right. I came in for an estimate to get my car repaired and a line item that was "necessary" was priced at what seemed to be an unreasonable price. I checked with my dealer and it was more then 4x higher. I got quotes from other body shops and yes, this item was priced more then 4x what the other shops priced it as. In addition, I also thought the rest of the price might be very high and it was significantly higher then what was charged by a very reputable shop. No wonder insurance rates are skyrocketing.

Took my car there for a repair after someone hit it. They did a great job fixing and got it done when they said they would. They also coordinated with the insurance company. All the staff was friendly and helpful!

Everyone at Skagit Grand Central collision was incredible. They took all my concerns and questions seriously, kept me updated all the time, and were friendly and professional. I'm so very happy to have my car back! Hands down they are the best auto body repair shop in all of Washington. Absolutely would recommend for all your auto body needs.

If you aren't expecting much and don't care about an orange peel finish, then this place will do. I warned them that I have experience with high end painting and I don't want an orange peel look but it didn't help me.....so one can conclude: this place doesn't do high end work!:(Service: Painting

A person's vehicle is part of their identity and when that vehicle is in a collision or damaged in any way. The owner expects the vehicle to be returned in pristine condition after repair. Unfortunately that is not the case with Grand collision. Not only did my vehicle come back in subpar condition but it also had damage that was not there when previously dropped off. Not only is this upsetting but it's extremely disappointing. I would not recommend Grand collision or any repairs and do not stand behind their work...

My teen daughter had her first accident causing some front end damage which needed repair for her to safely drive. We live on Whidbey Island and unfortunately, due to staffing shortages, the local body shops were completely booked for over 6 weeks out. Because she needed a car for her summer job, I started searching the surrounding area and came across Skagit Grand Collision. I was initially greeted by Bao and was provided professional and friendly customer service and understanding of the situation. Not only were they able to get me seen right away for an estimate, but they also were able to work me into the schedule for nearly immediate repair. Francisco kept me informed and made regular calls for updates. I was able to pick up her car in less than a week! The work was fantastic.
