I called their store wondering about flea medicine. The woman on the phone gave me great information that two other veterinarians didn't provide for me. It was unfortunate that they didn't have any top tier Flea medicine to buy over the counter. She was very helpful and descriptive about what I should do and what their company rates are. Good pricing and good customer service!

Literally THE worst. They're extremely rude and inconsiderate staff and the vets I've interacted with weren't very kind to my critters. They scheduled my dog for an appointment without even consilting us and when we got a "reminder" for an appointment we knew nothing about, we called to cancel because it was on a date/time we couldn't make. After canceling the appointment we were charged a hefty no show/missed appointment fee, for what (I repeat) was an appointment WE did NOT schedule and new NOTHING about until the last minute when we could not arrange to be there.

Terrible how they do things !!!!! You wait in your car forever they come out ask you a ton of Ridiculous questions and are not friendly at all. !!!!!!! When you ask how long approximately u will have to sit n wait in your car they say oh who knows really. Just sit n wait forever in your car. So that we did !!! So we wait in the car for a very long time when the doctor finally calls and TALKS my mothers EAR OFF FOR 20 minutes and I wanted to grab the phone and say just give us the price of what it will all be and do it lady !!! The lady loves to listen to herself talk I think and my mom n I wanted to scream. They waste a whole lot of your time with uNeeded chatter and conversation !!!!! Get to the point. Don't babble for ever about crap that we don't need to hear !!!! After waiting 40 min in car th ey said well u can leave now and come back and pick up your dog later !!!! So let's see we say in the car this whole time for nothing ??!!! told my mother to switch vets and I am hoping she listens !!! I wouldn't recommend this place at all for your care for your pets. There is a reason they have only three stars.! My lord !!

they've totally been deleting bad reviews from google. I know I left one, and saw many more that are completely gone now. and they're suspiciously highly rated now. not a good look. I went there years ago and was very unimpressed with the vet I had. she didn't address any of my concerns and instead talked down at me implying I shouldn't even ask questions because of her qualifications. hopefully that vet doesn't work there anymore, she was one of the worst I've ever had.

Average service. One star because they charge you for follow ups also run tests to charge you even though the results don't matter since medicine will be prescribed either way. I dislike companies to take advantage of people. My dog is still not cured after two 15 minute visits and two different prescriptions and $300 gone.

This place is horrible took are 8 week old puppy in first shots and deworming medicine so that took her out of her room to do the shots which was very weird she's in charge me for ear medication and did it your culture that she did not need her ears are clean come home she's doing fine Tuesday cover the worm medicine she's not eating she's not drinking she has bloody diarrhea yeah she's vomiting everywhere take her back they give her IV charge my husband around 3 to $400 and make him wait in the truck to see the vet even though she was perfectly healthy when you brought her in there now my dog is Skin and Bones won't eat is now breathing hard but they are suggesting that we take her to the animal hospital because the vet couldn't determine what was wrong with her because she didn't do any exploration ,draw blood she didn't do ex ray anything but a parvo test that was negative dr. Rhodes is horrible that who charges people four things that they don't need done and doesn't actually figure out what the problem is my poor,baby got worse and she passed away today 1-21-19 because the vet didn't do any thing to help

We took our Cat to her clinic and she misdiagnosed our cat's condition. She ended up prescribing overly expensive medicine that ended up making her worse. Dr. Bergman was completely unsympathetic and was more concerned that she gave us a "deal" on the medicine. I wouldn't take any pet I love to her again!

Dr. Bergman is fantastic. We have been taking our dogs to her for years for acupuncture treatments. She embraces Western as well as Eastern practices to give a great sensibility to the diagnosis and treatment of your dog working with your primary vet. Our 16 year old gal, Mattie, actually falls asleep during her treatments.
